Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Florence

Used to be a great place now its just gone down hill. Today i placed a online order for pick up in drive through I understand this place is busy alot but it took me like 20 mins to get our food through the drive thru. Once we got our order we figured out it was the wrong sandwich I turned around and had my son go inside to fix the sandwich it was just a plain grilled chicken sandwich. I figured not that hard to do, but apparently I was wrong. He gets in the car and I check the sandwich because it has a strange label on it and I look and go figure it's the wrong sandwich again. Took him 15 mins to get the wrong sandwich again. Now I go inside after handling my newborn in the car to fix the sandwich for the 3rd time 15 mins later I'm able to get the right sandwich but my kids are strarving at this point and my food was cold and being there for almost a hour. I said screw it I have to go home. Prolly the worst experience I've ever there but my wife has had several problems as well next time I'll just go to mall road or Raising Canes instead. I can see this happening at McDonald's or something but not...

The last 3 times we have eaten here it has been less than satisfactory which is not typical of this chain. Just this location. The first time I found a hair in my food. Blonde human hair. When I called (as I got my order via drive through and took it home) I was told I wouldn't be given a refund but coupons for more food. I NEVER GOT THEM. Fast forward to now during covid we have ordered from.door dash twice. The first time my order was about 70$ they did not pack any of our sides or condiments. I called and was only told I could have a replacement meal. I explained we had doordashed the meal and dint want to have to pay for another delivery. The girl said "well ask doordash to refund the delivery fee". Um. No. It was your mess up not theirs. I asked for a refund and was told no. But I could have a credit on my account for a free meal. But not the 45$ worth of missing food replaced. Just a meal. We tried again tonight and they not only didnt prepare our food correctly there was ANOTHER HAIR in our food! Never...

I went in to the Houston road location in Florence, Kentucky to pick up a doordash order. The orders are normally sitting on the counter and you just grab and go. As I reached for the bag on the counter a woman screamed at me DONT TOUCH THAT. I told her that there was absolutely no reason for her to scream at me that way. She then walked over and snatched the order, she asked me for the name on my order and to see my phone screen, all of which I complied with. After receiving the order I asked to speak with a manager because of the rude way I was treated. She told me very rudely that she was the manager. I saw on her name tag that she was named Bev. I decided to call the store to ask what the managers name was to make sure that she wasn't an employee who was lying. I was told that I could not have the name of the manager.
