Potbelly — Restaurant in Florence

Friends and I Went in to my fav sandwich place today for the bogo deal, upon picking up my order I checked my things and noticed my brownie was missing so I went back inside to fix that, at this point I hadn’t thought to open up and check the sandwiches until I’d gotten home, after I opened my sandwich I realized they have given me a smaller size sandwich than what I have paid for and put it inside of a big bag. Luckily my friend was with me to show me comparison of a big size sandwich and what it should look like. I do not have a lot of money right now nor do I have a car to drive back into the restaurant to get this resolved today. I had dropped my phone and busted the screen and when I poked the screen it either showed 1 or 4 so I just rolled with the four. New phone so now I can bring you in there. My Mom and I really did enjoy ourselves. Overall all it was just ok. The atmosphere was fine no one really greeted you as you came in. A skinny is 6” that I decided to get. I chose the chicken club. The first person ask you which bread and then toast it. The other person adds toppings and you’re all set. I will say in comparison to other sandwich shops I like being able to see my toppings before picking them I didn’t really have the option to see the toppings. The sandwich really was nothing special. It did taste a little better when I added vinaigrette sauce to it but the flatbread was more than toasted it was a little burnt the bacon was burnt and the flavor just wasn’t anything special.
