2 Bald Chicks Boutique — Attraction in Florissant

Had a pretty poor experience at 2 Bald Chicks today. Walked in with a friend and was greeted right away - perfect! But soon after, my friend was the only one getting any attention from anyone in the store. I was picking up really cute pieces that I was interested in and nobody said a word to me, but when my friend did the same thing, they’d flock to her, tell her how cute it would be on her, and offed to grab her size. They even asked her style in clothing while I just stood there waiting for someone to engage with me as well. My friend went to try on a couple of outfits so I figured they’d maybe start speaking to me then but no, still nothing. Eventually I just walked out. We both walked in wearing athletic wear, so I’m not sure what I was being judged on. They were so friendly towards my friend that it’s hard to understand why my experience was so drastically different than hers when we were there at the same exact time. I went to support Two Bald Chicks Boutique on Lindbergh in Florissant, and I have to say I was completely disappointed. Instead of being treated with respect as a customer, I was told what I should and shouldn’t wear, judged on how I dress, and even overheard them whispering about me. One of them even said, “we talk with our face.” Well, my face showed exactly how I felt — not pleased at all.

I walked in ready to patronize and support, but I walked out feeling disrespected and dismissed. As customers, we deserve courtesy and professionalism, not judgment and attitude. They don’t have to worry about me ever coming back.

It's two boutiques in one store, I was amazed!!! They carry all sizes from extra small to 3 XL and most of the items have great stretch. They have a fantastic selection of very unique fashion with great quality and selection. I definitely recommend checking this location out at least once a week to see all the new fashion before its gone, because once it's gone...It's GONE lol according to them, "Here today, Gone Today."
