Hopefully management see this review.. well tonight around 710pm I was the only person in Penn Station placing an order. Well there was this nice guy who took my order and made my food. I even watched him put it on the toaster before he stepped away from his work area. We'll they must've had a new guy workering to wrap sandwiches and bag them. And this is where it went wrong a crowd of people came and all these sandwiches started being made. I literally watched my sandwich come out the toaster and I told the new guy who couldn't properly wrap sandwiches that mines was ready. Well he turned to me and rudely said nun of these sandwiches are yours and threw them all in a bag. I'm a cardiac tech at mercy in the ICU and I have been bussing my butt off all day with critical I'll patients and monitoring their heart and then I get here straight from work to deal with rude behavior after I watched him put my sandwich in another person bag wasn't trying to figure out what i had or bothered to remake it.. Well here comes the good part these two young ladies literally asked me what i had and hurried up as fast as they could to remake my sandwich and they even threw some fries in there for my inconvenience. These two young ladies showed great customer services and I left as a pleased customer. We need more...
Read moreWe pulled up around 7:40, and the lights were all out. I ordered online and thought maybe they closed before I could pick up my order. I just happened to see a worker at the grill as this was the only light on in the building. When I came in, they didn't greet us. There was a lady standing at the counter waiting for help while 2 guys were talking and emptying a trash can. I walked to the area for pick-ups, and they asked my name. I went to get some ketchup packets, and the entire area was blocked off. I asked for packets, and they handed me some. As I was leaving, the lady was still waiting for help at the counter. A worker approached her, and she said she had been calling them, but no one was answering. He told her the phone was broken. Walking out the door, 2 people were coming in and commented how they must be closed. Looking on the website, it said they closed at 10. Being a restaurant worker, I know exactly what they were doing. Simply put, they didn't want people coming in, so they made it look closed. They are lazy. If I had not ordered online, I would have driven away. I suppose their mission was accomplished. I would suggest better management and new staff, but I know that's easier said than done. I hope the problem gets fixed before you have no customers...
Read moreI was really disappointed about the location on Lindbergh in Hazelwood, MO. They were fully staffed and sandwiches were being dressed but it seemed as if no one was putting orders together. I waited more than 30 minutes for my order and only had 4 people in front of me. I watched the cashier put fries in the container and sat the on the counter awaiting the sandwich and after sometime the sandwiches were ready. The customer had timed her order and told the girl the fries had sat there for 12 minutes. What happened next shocked everyone standing there. The cashier dumped the fries back into the holding pan and dumped fresh fries on top of them and mixed them together. Then served them to us all. I shook my head and made a mental note to never go there again. It was my son's first time trying it and for his Birthday dinner (10/20) this is what he requested. He was not happy with the meal at all. Training is definitely needed at this location. Between cross contamination and temps not being followed this location is headed...
