Buttah Baby Hair Imports — Attraction in Flowood

I'm seething as I write this. I ordered hair from them on October 30, 2019, I know they received it because on October 31, Che emailed me thanking for my repeat business!!!! . I look up and it is November 15, 2019 still no hair. I call them and ask where my order is and the owner is really nice explaining to me that they received the wrong texture of hair and that they were going to send out my correct order with express and overnight shipping. Mind you, when they got the wrong texture of hair they didn't notify me to tell me that it was going to be a delay on the order; I had to call them a few times to get an answer. I waited for a week without calling or anything because I know it's the Holidays and Post Offices have weird hours or what have you. I didn't hear anything from them. On Friday November 22, I called back and asked to speak to the manager because at this point I'm furious. I want my money back or the hair in my hands immediately. So Che was giving me the run around telling one of her workers that she'd just gone to the post office to ship my order. Tuesday, November 26 rolls around and I still haven't received my order that she promised would be to me on Monday (overnight shipping). I call and call with no answer, and then have a notification that my money has been refunded.

I try to support small businesses as much as I can but this is crazy!!! No explanation no texts no phone call about what transpired. If you want to waste your time order from here. I'd rather get beauty supply store pack hair than to fool with them again. I will never order from this unprofessional company again.

They responded that they would issue me a refund, which was done. But they also states that they’d issue me a gift card (I don’t know if it’s to Buttah Baby or a Visa) after they issued a refund; it’s been a month and I still haven’t received it. They’ve corresponded to my complaint on here but I couldn’t receive a call back concerning my purchase. SMH. The hair is good but the customer service is lacking in many areas. Still waiting on my gift card, it’s now mid December & I placed my order in October. Choose wisely...

I have purchased hair from Buttah Baby since 2016 and have had several wigs made by the owner, Che. I have been consistently satisfied with the products and services they offer.

The quality of their raw collection hair is second to none. The pure bundles that I previously used for sew-ins, even as far back as 2016, I’ve since had made into wigs and, with regular maintenance the hair still looks and feels great! I have also had wigs made with from bundles from the Elite collection and I love those as well.

Over the years, Buttah Baby has significantly grown in its product offerings, but has not lost its niche of selling top quality hair. That, coupled with Che’s meticulously crafted wigs, has created a loyal customer in me.

First let me say that the customer service there is amazing. There’s always someone there to assist with questions and to make recommendations. The quality of the hair is better than any I’ve ever bought. I purchased bundles from the Elite collection for my daughter and she’s had those same bundles for 3 years!! She recently purchased the Cambodian hair and she loves it. For myself, I’ve purchased 3 wigs (Bianca is my absolute favorite wig) and love them all. We’ll be getting our bundles and wig colored soon and I’m excited to see what they’ll look like.
