Living in a small town should provide us a chance to get better service as we are always bound to run into each other AND word of mouth spreads fast. I am not going to name and names AND I would have pondered speaking to the manager if I didn’t overhear his conversation with the employee. We have four hardware/home improvement stores in town and today I visited two looking for this little part. The first had all the staff sitting and looking apathetic. I was barely acknowledged, asked where bulbs were and I was greeted with a response that reminded me of when my kids were teenagers and they huffed and rolled their eyes. Then when I returned empty handed and asked if it could be ordered 😳, I got that x💯. After listening to the conversation with the boss I knew what was to come, started to get 🐸 but thought it just isn’t worth it. I wonder if customer service is 💀. I know life is very tough now. Prices are high, wages are low and we are greeted daily with more 🐂 🌽 designed to divided us and keep us agitated. Having to work under these conditions tests the best of us, we should remember it doesn’t take any more effort to be kind and we are the ambassadors for our businesses. How would you want your employees to be if you were the owner or manager?

Great store to visit and buy supplies. They have new stuffs like iPhone 11 cases and also things from the past like PS2 adapters and cordless landline phones. The employees here are very friendly and helpful.

What ever you do, don't ask if this is the last Radio Shack standing, you will get your head chopped off. Very rude young man behind the counter. He needs a Snicker bar.

We were here to get some fishing stuff and we asked for the box to be unlocked and the bigger guy straight up said no. He was standing talking to one of his friends talking about their driving or something and instead of saying one second or we'll be right with you he just said no and continued talking to his friend. We asked the other guy to help us and he helped as soon as he was done with what he was doing. The guy who was rude came back up to us and said "Do you want help now" and we just said no the other guy is helping us and he was saying how he was just being sarcastic and how he was in the middle in the conversation with his friend. His tone when he said no was in no way a...

I went to Truevalue on wendsday. I was welcomed kindly by a young man with green hair, he asked if I needed any help and I let him know that I was just looking around with time to kill time and supportingour local business. Then I was walking down the aisle hands full of stuff still shopping when a older blonde woman in an accusatory tone loudly asked "DO YOU NEED HELP!" I said no thank you and continued shopping about maybe 20 minutes later I got approached again by the same woman same tone and everything," DO YOU NEED HELP." At this point I was just don't she made me feel uncomfortable. I checked out and the young man helped me carry out my stuff. That woman needs to learn...
