Honestly? The customer service is phenomenal, like nothing Iâve ever experienced before. The store is clean and smells very nice. I was proposed to in July 2020, my husband chose a beautiful ring.. the main stone being a CZ. We got Married May 15th 2022, I got two beautiful rose gold bands, with lots of small diamonds to go on each side of my engagement ring. I am so very happy with everything my husband chose for my ring. The quality of the wedding bands came up to question when I kept having to take my ring in to be serviced, it was simply snapping, it has fractures and I was loosing small diamonds. I ended up receiving a phone call from Sergio, heâs the store manager at our location.. he told me he looked at my rings and he wasnât satisfied with them either. He sent them out and got them completely remade. Yes, remade. Now I understand that everyoneâs issues can not be fixed the same way mine was. But I whole heartedly believe that my metal was too soft or something. I donât sleep, shower, do dishes with my ring on my finger. My only recommendation is to stay away from their CZ option of stones.. I have had to take mine there multiple times because the stone is loose⌠when I run my fingers through my hair, it will pull it when itâs loose and it just hurts. Every-time I take it in, I get the same response.. because itâs a CZ they can only apply so much pressure so it wonât break or fracture.. if we had known that a CZ stone couldnât last 5 years until we planned on upgrading we would have gone with something different. But all in all I am very grateful, especially for Sergio, Iâm so grateful that he took the time to make this right. I just received my ring back on the 22nd of December.    Read moreI recently went to Lawrence to purchase a ring for my fiancĂŠ. I took the easy road and proposed without a ring so I couldnât botch it and end up with a ring she doesnât like.
My fiancĂŠ can starve herself to the point of being emaciated trying to decide what she wants for dinner every night. Needless to say I was quite nervous going into a process that she was buying something she was going to wear every day for the rest of her life. Those fears were put to rest when Alex greeted us after we walked in the door.
Alex walked us through the entire ring selection process without giving us any feeling of being rushed or pressured into making a decision. We truly felt like we were his only concern until she had found a ring she truly loved. He walked us through the entire process in a way that perfectly explained the pros and cons of each option in order for her to better understand which ring was indeed perfect for her. His technical knowledge paired with his friendly demeanor made us feel like we were having one of our good friends help us through the ring buying process.
Truly a one of a kind experience that took the stress out of a process that I had a lot of anxiety about going into it.

I had all intentions of leaving a honest review and updating it to more stars when I was satisfied with the way they handled my situation. But I found it very unsettling and unprofessional that now months later there calling me just to get me to change my review. Well I would add photos but I donât have my wedding ring that I paid for. Itâs been a real hassle from day 1 I purchased a ring with the promise they could size it! 16 months and 4 rings later Iâm sitting here waiting on a phone call from them that was supposed to come 3 days ago. Their resolution was to replace the ring with a ring that is sizable since mine has a thin porcelain overlay and canât be sized to fit me. But every time I call nobody seems to know whatâs going on they promise to call rite back with answers and never do. Oh yeah the last time I went in they tried giving me a rubber replacement ring until mine was fixed lol considering my wife paid around 4k for mine I took that as an insult. This business has a 5 star rating and I know my case is unique and understandably if I was to have purchased a different ring Iâm sure they could have sized it...
