I was lucky to have accompanied my daughter to Glowing Skin MedSpa and was immediately won over by the professionalism and knowledge of its owner, Alexandra. It was obvious to me that she loves her profession. Looking into the different skin treatments available now was a new experience for me. My usual skin routine has always been no sunbathing, everyday use of sunscreen/moisturizer and going to bed with a clean face. Basic but it worked well enough when I was younger.

Now, though, that I am older, my skin’s needs have changed and a more in-depth skin regime is needed to address issues of wrinkles and sagging. Glowing Skin Medspa offered me an arsenal of treatments against the inevitable aging problem. My goal was to attain and maintain the best skin possible. Alexandra explained the options and advised on the different treatments for my stated goal. She welcomed questions and gave of her time freely in answering them. I never felt rushed or coerced into any treatment; that decision was mine to make either that day or on a subsequent visit.

Alexandra is a consummate professional who tailors her treatment to the needs of her client. My daughter was advised against the skin treatment which I received because her skin didn’t need it even though it was a more expensive treatment. I stumbled upon Glowing Skin through a quick Google search. I turned 30 this year and was looking for a medspa that offered Microneedling with PRP services. I called a few places but gravitated towards this office because of Carina’s (receptionist and esthetician) hospitality. I experienced/received my very first microneedling treatment in my life on my face with Alexandra. I am very satisfied with the results, care and attention to detail, that I was given. Alexandra listened to my concerns and reassured me everything would be fine. She explained to me the benefits of why she chose to use a particular brand/model microneedling pen on my face. Numbing cream was applied before the treatment and it was painless; during the treatment she applied a vitamin rich serum. I am very happy with my treatment.

I am very satisfied with my second microneedle treatment with Alexandra. I have my third session scheduled already in one month. She is very knowledgeable and professional.
