Hello Beautiful Salon — Attraction in Fort Lauderdale

What a hidden jam full of talented stylists! I am a Korean and i have been coloring and bleaching my black hair for 15+ years in different salons but I finally found the one that I can trust and truly be satisfied! When i first found here from google search and went to get a help, i had been bleaching to platinum blonde look for about an year, so all my hairs were breaking and falling out really badly at that point. I wasn't sure if anyone can help me to save my hair or need to cut it off a lot. Luckily, I met Kiara who is extremely talented, caring, listening and genuine! She was honest about how my hair was damaged a lot, but walked me through with some solutions and she was confident that she could help me. After speaking with her I felt comfortable and decided to work with her which turned out to be one of the best things happened to me and my hair 😆👱‍♀️💇‍♀️ I got full balayage, glaze and hair styling and I couldn't be happier with the results. I just hoped for smooth transition from damaged choppy blonde to balayage blonde in few sessions but in just one session, she blew me away! My husband loved it too and my friends all complimented her work. Kiara is not only talented but very professional. She continously check on me and on my hair. I am never left on chair with bleach all over me unattended. My hair looks so pretty and healthier. I just had 2nd appointment with her and this time i got partial balayage, glaze and styling. Jaw dropping results just like the 1st time. You can also see service prices up front when you make reservations online, and what was listed on website was how much i got charged, no hidden fees or extra. I know getting hair done is not cheap. I came here last night on 6/07/19 with Gabrielle who did my hair. I wanted a balayage done and this chick had no idea what she was doing. She just teased and put the bleach on and did not care if my hair was starting to break, she left it in for a long time and made me sit under the dryer for about 30 minutes extra after taking 40 minutes to apply it. After when she applied the toner, I didn’t even see if she put shampoo on my head to get the bleach out. She didn’t explain what she was doing I felt like she just rinsed my hair with water and started with the toner. I felt like there was still bleach in my hair on top of the toner. After another 25 minutes pass by she rinses it all out and then begins to brush my hair dripping wet with a hair brush. I was in shock that this woman was so ignorant to know ur not suppose to brush ur hair when it’s wet especially if there’s bleach just processed. I saw on the hair brush all my hair on there ripped off and she tried to hide the hair brush by flipping it upside and thought I wouldn’t notice . Almost half my head was on that brush. This woman didn’t care about the health of my hair, she didn’t work fast enough in every section which left half my head lighter than the other, my hair is completely fried after more than an hour of bleach on my hair and ripped off from her brushing it. She also didn’t even bring up my balayage higher to my roots like I asked her too. I’m so glad I didn’t leave her a tip, she absolutely disgusted me and her hair looked damaged af too so I should of just left after I noticed that red flag. The stylist gabby did my hair and she spent over 5hours and the end result was copper and gold she said she will not redo my hair for free. I was willing to repay and redo my hair as a little bit more time has passed to get a redo. I booked an appointment. I rearrange my entire week had an event to go to that evening and when I got there after 45 minutes of driving in traffic, the receptionist told me she’s short staffed and that they had notified me about 30 minutes ago that my appointment has been canceled. I did not get the memo. I would’ve not accepted that after confirming my appointment over five times throughout that week via text email and phone that is not professional that is not how I would run my business in that way I would’ve called in any other stylist to accommodate my customer then simply telling her there’s a salon next-door. See if they will take you, I don’t do my hair at random salons. I’ve never gotten treated in this manner. This is unprofessional, unexpectable, and not very humane I will never get my hair done at the salon again I value my money and my time I do not want to get treated as if I’m doing something wrong when I make an appointment get my highlights and haircut hello beautiful is supposed to speak for itself. It’s supposed to make you feel beautiful after you pay your hard-working money every time I go in there it’s over $300 and it has never been the ending result of what was agreed upon so I don’t know how they stay in business and I don’t even know if they have their cosmetology licenses to do hair or anything Beauty at that location simply said.
