I was absolutely flabbergasted with the customer service at this location. I came in to do a few returns and I was nothing but kind and friendly and the workers were completely miserable and rude. The first man did my returns for me and it went well. I came back a second time that day because I missed a few items to return and when I came back I got a different lady and right after I greeted her she kept telling me she can only take home goods receipts before I could even give her the right one. Then after I gave her the receipt and the items she told me to step aside from the counter so I could read style numbers on the receipt and find which items I’m returning on the receipt! Basically making me do my own return which I know how to do because I’m also in retail but never have I ever been asked to do my own return at a store. So while I’m playing around with this receipt she’s taking other customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude and when I got back to her I said nothing and her attitude still didn’t change towards me. Extremely disappointed with the service from staff here, and this isn’t about me complaining but more so educating your staff on customer service standards seeing as I work the same...

I absolutely love this place. They carry upscale quality closeouts at discount prices that include just about everything you could possibly need in your home. The inventory changes all the time, so if you see something you like, don't wait. They do not have an endless supply or duplicates in the back.

They always have a great selection of decorative accessories. Their Bed & Bath sections are generally well represented. The quality is higher than you will find in most places. This is NOT Walmart... If you want nicer things with higher quality, to personalize your home, then this is one place to include on your list. The style vibe seems to be more light and modern, or contemporary, but nothing overly extreme, although you can find unique pieces. I appreciate that there is no one there to hound you ... Everything speaks for itself. The store is always clean and organized. They keep things pretty neat which must be a challenge with so much foot traffic.

I was in your store and was about to purchase 2 lamps. The lamp broke and cut my left hand. I went to the front desk in the urgency to stop the bleeding. As I got to the register I got a sales associate attention and asked for a paper towel and showed my hand full of blood by that time. The gentlemen looked at me and stated. IM W A CUSTOMER! OMG. I then asked a woman as well and got the same response. I then was bleeding very badly and "Rick " couldn't find anything to help me. My husband yeld at Rick and said just give us a towel there and we will pay for it !!!! So he did ! But a very poor attitude! The assistant manager Dacia then walked up and gave nothing but a attitude! She called in the accident report and I did receive a claim number. At the end of the day....They didnt care about me or my injury. They all was extremely rude ! Another customer was also upset with the team as well due to them trowing a receipt in her face. She also was asking for a manager. They never asked if I was ok or need to sit down or do I want water they did absolutely NOTHING !
