DO NOT GO HERE! There are too many phone repairs close by who will replace a phone with quality screens , won’t lie about what they are offering you, calling it a “miss communication” unacceptable! and try to rob people out there money. I literally felt bad for the kid (PRINCE) as he kept lower the price to fix my phone and when he did my phone broke the same day, never fell literally in my purse. I have never written an review for a company but they really need to get there act together I was willing to even pay for the screen which the manager said was $40 and was gonna charge 69.99, So he want get paid for a poor screen he placed on my phone. I literally walked out and went and bought another phone. You guys are horrible. Horrible experience! They have another location at the Broward mall and the Indian guy is even worst, money grabbing and rude on top of that, he claims to be one of the “managers”. The owner of this company need to re-evaluate his staff, when you have a “manager” that says “ I wouldn’t even fix the phone for the 85 he gave you, I wouldn’t do it because there is no money for me to make “ Makes me see where I shouldn’t have even spent my hard earned money with this guy. LESSON LEARNT. I never received a receipt, that even shows disclaimers and policies of the company, that’s should have been my first clue that is flawed company. Just so frustrating! Went by during mall hours 3 times. They were closed. No hours of operations in the window?!? Waited. No one ever came back. Had to call the mall to ask if they were still in business. Finally got in on my 4th try. My old phone just needs a new charging port. Great. I call a week later. “We did not get the part, we can’t find it locally”. So I go on line, find it for $1.29. Yep that’s it. Have it delivered to them. Now I call, no one answers, voice message not set up. I’m shocked the mall would allow such a shoddy business on the premises. Most malls have rules and restrictions in the lease. Anyways. Still no phone and it’s been 21 days!!! How is this even possible? I own a retail store myself, and use the phone for the few calls I get, and to play music.
