People should research companies before purchasing an item, especially if it is an expensive purchase. I made the mistake of going to an aution to purchase a preowned Rolex watch. I had no former experience with this product. I won the auction, but little did I know I had been taken advantage of. I went to a very well known and established jewelry store only to find out that my purchase was not what I paid for. Fortunately, the jewler referred me to someone they felt would be 100% reliable and honest with me. I was told to see Bruce at Keno Brothers Jewelers. While speaking to Bruce, I felt comfortable telling him my story, and I knew he was genuinly concerned for the purchase mistake I had made. He spent as much time with me as I needed to make me realize that there was a problem. He could have easily put me off and spent time with another customer, but he wanted to give me the proper education so I would not make another mistake as I did again. After much aggravation and determination, I was finally granted a refund . If it had not been for Bruce, I would have never known I had purchased a counterfit product. You must have someone you can trust to inform you and lead you in the proper direction, and that is exactly what Keno Brothers Jewelers did for me. We are now working together to replace the counterfit product with something that will be worth what I pay for. I will always refer to Bruce before I do anything regarding jewelry. He is established in the community and will not tolerate anything that is not to his standards. When you need to get an appraisal done honestly, this is where you should go. Even if you do not purchase from Keno Brothers, you will always get a truthful opinion and feel confident in what you are told. I had a bad experience, but you do not have to go through what I did if you find the right people to lead you honestly. Bruce will tell you the honest truth whether you want to hear it or not. He will not tell you something you want to hear, but rather what his experience and professionalism needs you to know. I will never go anywhere else to get an honest...

Sooo, I’ve got to tell you about the weird and wonderful experience I had with the Keno Brothers. I went to sell some miscellaneous gold that I’m old enough to have had in places I hadn’t looked at in a few moons. However, I’m actually not that old, I just was more mature younger but now I’m less mature because I’ve already lived a whole life of kids, volunteering, illnesses, caregiving, funeral giving and God loving all the way.

I’ve got to tell you, I’m Catholic, and these gentlemen were raised Catholic but now harken towards a more Christian proclamation. I like to think of myself as progressive and I feel the pull of these wonderful Christian preachers like Steven Furtick of Elevation Church.

Sooooooo - imagine going to sell gold that is just sitting around not doing anything, and because of the group dynamics and the fact that these gentlemen have the highest good and the teachings that they have acquired during their years of involvement with the community (phew - long run on segment) soooooo - imagine that the magic of the Lord’s mysterious ways shows up in the conversations had here.

That’s what happened for me. I’m still Cat-holic , and I still listen to the music and gifts of preaching from priests and preachers, even singing in the choir. All I can say is that God showed up and words along with a nice check(thank you) allowed me to relax enough to enjoy that I could see what they could see, that I was not seeing, but I could feel.

I just went to sell some gold to pay for some miscellaneous mischegas. And I believe that I heard the words of God come forward. Sometimes just sharing our stories with good folk allow us another opportunity for greater understanding. Plus we know when goodness/God shows up. It is undeniable.

Today I had a wonderful experience with the Keno Brothers! Recently I had my engagement diamond re-set because it had come lose. When I received my ring I didn’t notice anything different at first, but after a couple of days I started to wonder if the stone was the same. The jeweler who my fiancé purchased the stone from had recently retired, leaving me with the arduous task of seeking out a trusted jeweler to confirm the authenticity of my diamond. After reading multiple reviews online, when I came across the Keno Brothers store, I knew I had found the right individuals to address my concern. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Brian who immediately took to the task of comparing the stone to the paperwork I brought in. I told him I might be crazy for thinking it was different, but Brian never made me feel odd which set me at ease. He explained there should be an inscription on the diamond, and after steaming the stone to get a better look, he told me to come to the back of the store. This is when I met Bruce, and after being filled in on my story, he used what looked like a high-powered microscope to find the inscription. Thankfully he confirmed its authenticity to my extreme relief!! Any reservation I had about bringing my inquiry to a professional because it may be viewed as ‘silly,’ was completely dispelled by the Keno Brothers. Brian and Bruce treated me with the utmost respect, and when I asked what payment I could give for their service, Bruce smiled and said they were just happy to help.
