Marshalls — Attraction in Fort Lauderdale

I went in to look around and check out the makeup because I heard they may have good prices. I enjoyed their selection in shoes and clothes. I would suggest just going into browse, I believe it would be more difficult to find something in particular. But I just walked in and instantly found many things that caught my eye. Then we headed back to the makeup and I was happy to see major brands with pretty good prices then also cheaper options. I found cosmetics I had in mind and other things I was going to try. The only note I would suggest to have more sales associates in that section. It would help with the theft issue (many empty boxes) and all the destroyed makeup palettes (each palette had been swatched or scratched). It was definitely a search and find type of shopping trip everything was bunched together on a shelf but I enjoy taking my time and looking for new interesting things to try. When we were finished the check out experience was great. Lots to look at in the checkout aisle which I enjoy and the cashiers were friendly. Had a great afternoon there and I hope you do as well. I needed to buy items for a loved ones funeral. It was hard going shopping looking the way I felt but my stepfather works for them and pretty much runs NYC headquarters and oddly that was why I chose this store.

I found a box of EMPTY face masks and figured I'd give them to the 2 associates stocking items right next to me instead of replacing an empty box. They must have thought I had stolen them( duh if someone steals I doubt they hand the box to an employee) and I proceeded to be followed around. Even the store manager,a male,came over while I was shopping and greeted me to then act like he was looking at make up. It made me very uncomfortable and this should never be done to a paying customer. I will never go back to...

Customer Service is Horrible in this place. My wife got a Jumper suit, the $10.00 but the cashier, went right away to let other cashier for a price check. Someone move the price tag and put another, the one I've mentioned. She has to respect the tag was on it. Retail Rules. I worked in retail for more than 10 years! No questions ask, that is what you've learned in Retail. Of course after you wring the item at that price, you sent someone to check the item, and fix your error. But, I guess this lady is looking for a raise. Managers has no skills or not been train well....
