My friend and I just visited Upscale for Less at Alliance Town Center and we are appalled by the service we received. We have never been treated so disrespectfully in our entire lives. We were simply trying on clothes and potentially buying multiple items just as we do at all other stores, when the owner or manager hit our dressing room doors and told us to be quiet. We were not being disruptive at all. We then decided that this not a store that we would like to purchase from due to the lack of hospitality. We then opened the door to find her snatching our clothes from us and checking them to insure no stolen items. One of the shirts were also mistakenly flipped inside out and she was unprofessional by throwing (literally) it back at us to reverse the shirt. After the fix she gave one of us the option on buying the items when the other one of us had no option on purchase. She then looked us up and down in disgust and pursed her lips when we stated we no longer wanted to buy anything (because of the disrespect). DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! We have never been so disappointed by the service (or lack thereof) that...

The Bad: In short, often very over crowded. Traffic can be frustrating, and there is no actual walking areas. Basically, if you want to visit more than one store either you walk through traffic, or have to get in your car and drive through traffic. Most restaurants have a wait, which is fine except that the selection of stores and restaurants is overwhelmingly low to mid range in regards to quality. There are two "nice" corporate chain restaurants (Houlihans, and Mi Cocina) the rest is either fast food or low end eateries. There are a few high end stores, but most are along the line of JC Penny. Nothing against low-end/cost or fast food, but that is essentially all there is.
The Ugly: The Kroger is at most ten years old, but the place is completely beat up... they just can not keep up...
