I absolutely loved this place. My love of my life treated me here. The service was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL, and I got a really nice Vietnamese lesson in the process.
Service - Absolutely phenomenal. They were so caring and attentive. Always making sure we were fine and taken care of. The management knew the appropriate time to check in, drink refills were timely and nice, and the people performing the work were super friendly.
Drinks - Their drink menu was a nice selection and a plethora. I think memory placed around 10-15 drink options.
Pricing - The pricing was very on par with the average place, but I would say it's VERY WELL PRICED based on the QUALITY of service received. Everything they did was worth every penny we paid. Our total was $265 total (because we got the absolute works). $80 per person for the pedicure for the higher priced pedicure (included multiple wax feet things, hot stones, scrubbing, and more), and my love got her nails done for $85 because of her nails (higher class nail service) and then add tax. However, if you wanted to, you'd be able to walk out of there only paying about $30-$80 if you just wanted something simple and a great experience.
Location - the location is on top of the hill so you can see all of fort worth from here. Absolutely stunning even when it's overcast.
Bottom line - we intend to go back and visit them from now on. We tried somewhere new and this place has become our forever home.
Cam on rat nhieu for such a great experience. We love you all and we will be back due to the awesome quality of service and how amazingly you treated us as...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor my first experience with this salon, the gel manicure I had peeled within 6 hours. I went back the next day to get it fixed. The staff was standoffish when I shared my experience with them and requested the gel polish be removed. The bare minimum in this kind of situation is an apology for the client experience, the staff here didn't offer any apology. I didn't want to have the manicure redone so a refund was my preference. When I requested a refund, the manager on duty refused. He argued with me that the store does not give refunds, the owners wouldn't allow a refund and he wasn't empowered to give a refund, so another manicure at a later date was my only option. I asked the manager how I could speak to the store owner to get my refunds, he gave several excuses that kept changing- they're out of town, they don't speak English, they aren't going to want to talk to me because the policy of no refunds is in place. He offered a free service at a later date, but no receipt to prove the credit- just an assurance that he "knew me" and would "just remember" when I came in, which makes no sense- I hadn't been there before. I had to force him to write his name down in a business card and a description of the credit for services and the amount. I asked what the protocol for these situations for the store, he rolled his eyes and said it doesn't ever happen so there's no protocol. I told him I would be disputing the charges on my credit card, since I was not satisfied with my experience in addressing my complaint. He was combative and rude throughout the whole experience. I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām not the type to write reviews but itās time for me to talk about my experience of getting my toes done like 2 days ago (Fatherās Day). During my experience, it was overall decent. Until, my nail tech did the cleaning around the toes and digging into the crevices. She completed all my toes but she decided to revisit left big toe. This time she went to go clean it again but it felt like she stabbed the inside of toe very rough. I did start to fidget and I knew it wasnāt normal. I thought the next two days it would go down but I knew I got a toe infection. This was my first time EVER experiencing a toe infection. Leaving the salon, I was walking uncomfortable and felt throbbing pain. Day two, I started to have a burning and stinging type feeling. That night, (TMI) I had PUS!!!! Come out of my toe. As of today, itās still painful and very uncomfortable. As of now, Iām self treating this wound. If it doesnāt get better, Iām going to the doctors for medication. The reason I want to speak out for this because this is a serious matter. My toe looks flipping red/tint of purple and swollen. Iām highly disappointed and Iām sad to be leaving my favorite nail salon.
UPDATE I revisited the nail salon 6/21. Ben who runs the front desk is very transparent with me and knew my pain. Iāve always liked getting my toes done at ARIA because front desk/nail techs are very welcoming and really do value their cilents. I do really appreciate the response on my review! Ben, thank you so much for taking care of your cilents! I will be looking forward to...
