I absolutely loved this place. My love of my life treated me here. The service was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL, and I got a really nice Vietnamese lesson in the process. Service - Absolutely phenomenal. They were so caring and attentive. Always making sure we were fine and taken care of. The management knew the appropriate time to check in, drink refills were timely and nice, and the people performing the work were super friendly. Drinks - Their drink menu was a nice selection and a plethora. I think memory placed around 10-15 drink options. Pricing - The pricing was very on par with the average place, but I would say it's VERY WELL PRICED based on the QUALITY of service received. Everything they did was worth every penny we paid. Our total was $265 total (because we got the absolute works). $80 per person for the pedicure for the higher priced pedicure (included multiple wax feet things, hot stones, scrubbing, and more), and my love got her nails done for $85 because of her nails (higher class nail service) and then add tax. However, if you wanted to, you'd be able to walk out of there only paying about $30-$80 if you just wanted something simple and a great experience. Location - the location is on top of the hill so you can see all of fort worth from here. Absolutely stunning even when it's overcast. Bottom line - we intend to go back and visit them from now on. We tried somewhere new and this place has become our forever home. Cam on rat nhieu for such a great experience. We love you all and we will be back due to the awesome quality of service and how amazingly you treated us as human being.

I have been to this salon several times. They always do good work, however, they are extremely unfair with charges. The first photo is my nails, the second one is my inspo. I asked the receptionist if I should do Dip or Acrylic to get the look in my inspo pic. She recommended Acrylic, so I checked off ā€œAcrylic Full Setā€. A few minutes later a young man came up to me and explain that Solar Pink and White would be better but he wanted me to know about the price difference. I agreed to do Solar, thinking they would use a sparkly pink powder and a sparkly white powder to get the look I was wanting. Once the gentlemen started on my nails, he used a normal pink powder, and instead of cutting and using a white powder, he free handed the french with gel, and put a sparkly top coat on. It wasn’t exactly what I was envisioning, but it was still pretty. Then I saw the charge. Additional fee for ā€œSolar with Gelā€, an additional fee for french, and an additional fee for ā€œdesignā€. I personally feel like this was a complete rip off, because they could have gotten the same result, even closer to the inspo even, with a normal pink and white powder and I wouldn’t have to pay extra for french or extra for a design. Super disappointing because they do good work and they’re all really nice, but the nickel and diming is ridiculous.

Every time that I have gone a service done I always walk out disappointed šŸ˜” the nail tech took of my gel polish a bit too hard then said my nail was broken. I hadn’t had my toes in a while and they were all the same length. You know when your nail is broken because it snags on everything and I’m sure my toe nail wasn’t broken. Then I tell her I would like my toes square and she wanted to round out my toe nail and then keep the rest square 😭 while she was cutting my toes her nail clippers wouldn’t cut all the way and she would try to yank the ends off since the clippers wouldn’t clip all the way. I had originally wanted a French pedicure but after all that I just had her do one solid color because I had lost all faith. Barely pushed back the cuticle and there is still visible cuticle that she didn’t get because she was just going through the motions of a pedicure without actually getting anything off. And with all that she still couldn’t polish them correctly šŸ˜”šŸ˜ and let’s not forget the conversations on the side right after you tell them you don’t like something šŸ˜–

For my first experience with this salon, the gel manicure I had peeled within 6 hours. I went back the next day to get it fixed. The staff was standoffish when I shared my experience with them and requested the gel polish be removed. The bare minimum in this kind of situation is an apology for the client experience, the staff here didn't offer any apology. I didn't want to have the manicure redone so a refund was my preference. When I requested a refund, the manager on duty refused. He argued with me that the store does not give refunds, the owners wouldn't allow a refund and he wasn't empowered to give a refund, so another manicure at a later date was my only option. I asked the manager how I could speak to the store owner to get my refunds, he gave several excuses that kept changing- they're out of town, they don't speak English, they aren't going to want to talk to me because the policy of no refunds is in place. He offered a free service at a later date, but no receipt to prove the credit- just an assurance that he "knew me" and would "just remember" when I came in, which makes no sense- I hadn't been there before. I had to force him to write his name down in a business card and a description of the credit for services and the amount. I asked what the protocol for these situations for the store, he rolled his eyes and said it doesn't ever happen so there's no protocol. I told him I would be disputing the charges on my credit card, since I was not satisfied with my experience in addressing my complaint. He was combative and rude throughout the whole experience. I...

I’m not the type to write reviews but it’s time for me to talk about my experience of getting my toes done like 2 days ago (Father’s Day). During my experience, it was overall decent. Until, my nail tech did the cleaning around the toes and digging into the crevices. She completed all my toes but she decided to revisit left big toe. This time she went to go clean it again but it felt like she stabbed the inside of toe very rough. I did start to fidget and I knew it wasn’t normal. I thought the next two days it would go down but I knew I got a toe infection. This was my first time EVER experiencing a toe infection. Leaving the salon, I was walking uncomfortable and felt throbbing pain. Day two, I started to have a burning and stinging type feeling. That night, (TMI) I had PUS!!!! Come out of my toe. As of today, it’s still painful and very uncomfortable. As of now, I’m self treating this wound. If it doesn’t get better, I’m going to the doctors for medication. The reason I want to speak out for this because this is a serious matter. My toe looks flipping red/tint of purple and swollen. I’m highly disappointed and I’m sad to be leaving my favorite nail salon.

UPDATE I revisited the nail salon 6/21. Ben who runs the front desk is very transparent with me and knew my pain. I’ve always liked getting my toes done at ARIA because front desk/nail techs are very welcoming and really do value their cilents. I do really appreciate the response on my review! Ben, thank you so much for taking care of your cilents! I will be looking forward to...
