Rally House Hulen — Attraction in Fort Worth

I love Rally house! Been shopping at the Arlington one for years! The Hulen location however, I try not to go to that one., as the staff are clearly there waiting for time to pass by. I was in line with another customer behind me 3 girls are behind the register and only one was checking customers out. Amanda and another girl were watching a video, waited till the video was over then tried to apologize about watching it with me and the other lady in line... Really?? You saw me standing there she chose to watch that video on company time instead of do her job. I love this company and I get it not all employees are winners, but it's clear to me I will just go to the one on 35 it's farther but the staff definitely...

Manager was extremely rude - I found an item online that said it was available at the Hulen store only and when I asked for help from an associate he helped me look for a minute and then asked her as she was walking by, she stops for a second, looks at my phone and snaps “no we don’t have those here, I have never seen those before” and walks off. Doesn’t even take a second to look at the information on the stores website that says it’s available at THAT location, or even offer to look it up in their computer to see if maybe available at another location. Zero customer service skills and will not be getting any...

We recieved a hoody for Christmas it was a little small. We did not get a receipt with the hoody. We looked around and found the brand at Rally house. We took the hoody with the tags still on. The sales person behind the counter scanned it and said we could swap out. We were a little surprised and very happy. We found one that fit. It was a little more expensive but we loved it. We had an amazing experience. This store has any Texas team related sports wear item along with home accessories. It was very cool to roam around and see...
