This is my first visit to Resort Nail Salon and I was so blown away I felt compelled to review them online even before I leave!
Venue - this place is beautiful, clean and spacious. They have 20ish pedicure chairs along with another 10+ manicure chairs. I called ahead because itās New Years Eve and my husband and friend are with me and I didnāt want three of us to overwhelm the staff if there was already a bunch of people in line. We got in immediately without any wait and weāre offered a variety of drinks - sodas, wine, mimosa, water.
Staff - friendly, professional and really great at attention to detail. I loved that they were able to do my gel manicure and pedicure at the same time. The woman doing my simple pedicure was great, and the entire pedicure was almost 45 minutes! It consisted of an exfoliant scrub, hot stone massage and steamed lotion application. And this was all before polish! She did a fantastic job - she didnāt press too hard or too light. My husband and friend got the green tea pedicure and they both agreed that the sheer amount of time and effort spent massaging their feet and calves was more than we have ever experienced at any other salon. My husband has tough man feet and the sweet woman that did his foot massage really got after it - he is already talking about coming back because his feet havenāt felt that good in months. The woman doing my gel manicure was incredibly cordial and sweet. She also did three coats of color in addition to the base and top coats, which was really refreshing after going to some other salons in the area and only getting two color coats.
The overall price was also incredibly reasonable. $40 for the gel manicure and $35 for the pedicure, which was 100% worth it for the quality. I honestly canāt wait...

They offer multiple different types of pedicures with new massaging chairs for anyone getting a pedicure or toenail polish change. The parking lot is large, so parking is never an issue here. The building is in the center of a strip mall and is on the newer side. The inside is very tastefully decorated - no Buddha on the front desk, no stinky incense and no overwhelming chemical smells inside. The area for fingernail polish is well organized and the selection of colors to choose from is awesome. Several TVās are located on either wall across from the massage chairs if youād like to watch a show while your nails are being done. All of the roller chairs and counters at the nail stations are organized and clean.
Pros: There is a small 2 person pedicure area in the back of the salon for couples pedicures which I highly recommend. The prices are very reasonable compared to other salons in the area and the customer service is wonderful here! I just got a $30.00 pedicure which included a hot stone massage and steam towel wrap before polish!
Cons: It can get busy, so make a reservation in advance. If noise bothers you, bring headphones...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst of all, I want to say that my nail tech was so sweet BUT THE MANAGEMENT WAS INCONSIDERATE AND RUDE. My friend and I went in today to get Nexgen nail manicures. We wanted a nude nail, so we picked mauve color nudes, SO WE THOUGHT. As we are getting our nails dipped we notice the color was NOT ANYTHING WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE ON THE NAIL BOOK. IT WAS TRANSPARENT. My nail tech called over the "manager", and my friend and I told him how the color on our nails was not identical to the color that was used in the example book. He proceeded to say that "the colors in the example book aren't really what they will look like on your nail." Then he said that they could make them darker but i would have to pay for the TWO services, and they would take 20% off ONLY the 2nd service. My nails came out ok, but I was just annoyed that the Nexgen example book was misleading, and the management showed no hospitality. therefore I will not be back, and will not be recommending this nail salon to any of my...
