First , clean up your store. Things such as meat cooler, shelves, for example, it was observed first hand that meat guy never washed his hands when exiting bathroom and proceeded to cut meat for the customer. This is beyond gross and unacceptable can cause illness which you will be responsible as a result. Second, stop staring at customer while shopping and donāt follow them or try watching them. Very disrespectful and makes customers uncomfortable. You canāt treat everyone as thieves and assume they are up to no good. If thatās how you want to run business I think itās better not have one because you loose all customers which ultimately hurt you more than anyone else, because Iāll simply take my business elsewhere. Third, have enough cashiers so we donāt have to wait forever when checking out. Fourth, some items are expired sitting on the shelves and customers might not be aware of shopping. This can cause serious illness for customers. Please pay attention to this. Again sanitation is very important which should be taken seriously. Again, stop keep following customers or send others to follow them. I had personally witnessed the manager asking one of the employees to follow the guest and keep watching him. This is not right and makes people uncomfortable. I will simply take my business elsewhere as I have done it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe fresh Arabic bread made daily is so good. I am very fond of my experience with the bakery, the bakers, and Ahmed the owner! This bread (khubiz) is good with any kind of meat, cheese, or a little butter. It is just the right texture. They make two types: one is like a small football, the other is pizza sized and flat with large air bubbles (saj bread) and adds perfectly to any meal. The international market is Middle Eastern focused but Ahmed wishes to carry as many amazing food and supply products from all over the world. They have a small soap section, a hooka section, fresh produce including the very large pomegranates from California, and a sweet treats section. Get ready for lunch, because the Afghan styled kabob restaurant at the front of the store adds a nice ambiance, with their spiced beef and chicken kabobs, served with yellow rice, and khubiz and so reasonably priced. This is great...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSadly, people come here unfortunately because there are very few places in the city that sell Middle Eastern products; otherwise, it is not a high-level market at allāitās purely out of necessity. I had a terrible experience at this place due to their complete lack of respect for customers. Old personās attitude was rude and unprofessional. When I tried to return a defective product, instead of handling the situation politely and professionally, he reacted with arrogance and disrespect .Rather than offering a proper solution, he belittled me and treated me as if I was an inconvenience to them. A business should respect and value its customers, but here, it seems they couldnāt care less. The way he treats people is disgraceful, and their customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless you want to be treated with...
