Sedona Sunrise Condominiums — Attraction in Four Corners States

In the two years we were there we were subject to the worst management I've ever experienced in the apartment/condo business.

Pros: -Within walking distance to most shops/grocery store/gas stations in VOC -Nice views of Sedona rocks

Cons: -Management is utterly horrible. Lost our rent once, confused our apartment for one across the street twice, and found every conceivable way to keep from giving us our deposit back after we left. She also blames whoever reports the problem - be it a community problem or not - on whoever reports it, leading to things going unreported for months at a time. -Repairman is not professional, timely, or reliable. He works 3 hours 3 days a week, and always during normal work hours. God forbid you have an emergency. He spends more time talking to you than he does actually fixing what he was called out for, and does the job half-decent even when he IS working. I fixed more things in that apartment than he did. -Shoddy construction and repairs. Light-switch and outlet covers are held onto the wall by the paint, and the towel bars in the bathrooms fell off consistently. Front doorknob fell off four times due to normal use. Balcony boards - which included the main pathway to most upstairs apartments - consistently had nails sticking out of them or were rotted. Stairs were different heights and had no traction in times of cold weather.

All in all one of the worst experiences we've ever had, and we didn't even realize it until we moved somewhere where they actually treat people...

Do not do business with Foothills Property Management Sedona Az. Sunrise Condominiums 120 E Cortez Dr especially unit 202. It is the worst experience. It’s not like the pictures shown on the web. Don’t expect comfort, everything is low quality grade & junky. Management takes your card payment upfront then ignores issues you have during your stay. The emergency after hours number hangs up on the call. They CHARGE your card AFTER CHECKOUT for unfounded accusations and damage to their cheap furnishings. They are unethical and it’s part of the whole package. Just don’t ruin your stay bye dealing with them. There are plenty local places that will...

These idiots never answer the phone and they never return calls. They have had an add out for a rental for about a month, I have called them many times and left messages. I can see why they have such bad reviews. If they can't even answer the phone, they sure as hell won't fix things or keep them nice. I'm so over sedona slumlords. It's a HUGE...
