I placed an order recently and needed to return something. I paid $15 for shipping when I placed the order and just called to find out what I needed to do to return an item. I was informed that I would need to send it back to them AND PAY FOR THE SHIPPING AGAIN!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? For the amount of money people typically spend on this site, and they can't even offer free shipping on either end...that's absolutely absurd! Now I'm stuck with a shirt that doesn't fit cuz I'm NOT spending any more money on shipping! They offer free shipping every now and again, which is also absurd seeing as almost any other website you visit for Pats gear offers free shipping almost ALL the time. Needless to say, I will avoid ordering from this site as much as possible, even if I do get a 20% discount using my NFL Extra Points Visa. LIDS is WAAAY easier to deal with and they offer free shipping! SO disgusted and disappointed in Patriots Pro Shop!!! ...
Read moreWent in looking for a jersey for my daughter as I walked in I was greeted but that was it I searched the whole store with no luck there were only two employees there at the time on Tuesday June 27 at 5:30pm. I tried to get their attention to help me locate what I came in to buy but the conversation was too enthralling to put on hold. Thanks...

Pricing is about what one might expect for officially licensed merchandise—not exactly cheap. There's no dressing room to try anything on, which is both understandable and disappointing. Most patrons try to find a quieter corner of the store to try on a jersey, sweatshirt, etc. The checkout registers are all crammed towards the front of the store and see inefficient, but there isn't usually a lengthy line since a lot of people tend to come in and...
