I have been a regular customer for the past several years but no longer. Yesterday the owner had my car towed, which was a $200 fee on my part, from his parking lot, even though I was parked in a legitimate spot. The lot was crowded so I did my best to give other cars in front of me room to get out. A sign stated that 'all non-paying customers will be towed' however I had bought a tea and was sitting upstairs in the building for at least two hours.
Apparently, the owner had also had the police out there looking at my car to make a big scene. I was informed by the manager at the Frederick Coffee Company next door that the owner has made a habit of doing this to customers for years now. I replaced it with a chocolate milk shake, and it was even worse. The ice cream cone with a small scoop of vanilla was ok but not amazing.
