Vibin' With Val (Valerie Rosemond Settles, Vintner) — Attraction in Fredericksburg

I can't recommend this place enough! The wines are good and I appreciate the variety. They have something for everyone: light, dry whites; full-bodied reds; and creative sweet varieties! I liked trying them all. (I go back and forth sometimes between sweet and dry, but the sweets felt very refreshing and not overly sweet.) Prices are very reasonable. Service was warm and friendly. Family friendly! We came in with children and snacks/bribes for said children, and the staff were welcoming and understanding. They also have two adorable private rooms you can book, even for smaller groups, so you can have a little privacy if you want. (Which is perfect, because we were able to snag a room to keep the kids contained, thus preserving the vibe for other guests, or you can book a room if you don't want to be around other guests.) I have been a couple of times to this winery and I always get the BEST service. I went this past Friday and met up with friends. For the first time, we sat in one of the rooms, which was nicely decorated. I ordered several flights😬every last one of the wines were sooo delicious. I love their wines. Our server was Ahmani, and she was FANTASTIC! She consistently checked on our table while offering great wine choices. She even offered in house light snacks and outside food options that deliver. Rosemond Vineyards, is owned and operated by Valerie Rosemond (Val). Val is warm; friendly, and a beautiful Woman, inside and out. Her welcoming personality immediately make you feel at home.

Our Server, Ahmani was excellent! She constantly stayed on top of everything. You did not have to ask for anything, because, she was always on time, when you needed her. Her professional manner deserves an applaud.

During that particular visit, Val had a Saxophonist, Brach Cobb, to entertain us. And entertaining he did! We had a blast.

This Winery is very intimate, and very charming. I give it ten 🌟's.
