I was impressed with this operation for several reasons, as I have passed this used car dealer many times, they always have a great stick of vehicles and typically the kind I like, vettes, camero's, jeeps , 4X4s, etc.. Their store catches my attention every time and keeps my focus the longest, in my opinion they have the. Best inventory that I have seen, so far, in Fresno . I had even entered the store front yet now this part is where it gets interesting. A friend of mine was in need of a better source of transportation for her Air B&B contracts. She carries a lot of cleaning supplies, vacuumed, weed whacker, blowers mops, brooms so she needed a good truck. We spent two and half days at a near by competitor, which kept telling us that we needed this and that, and the loan was approved only to get there and they requested another thing and I'm felt like the sales manager was giving me the run around , he tried my patience, did not consider my time as being valuable as I did, nor did he acknowledge the amount of time and traveling that became very burdensome to me. I don't believe they actually wanted to sell me a vehicle and got tired of their games.i noticed in those three days we were their only customers.. so I will out and then we went to Own a Car they had maybe 5-8 car sales reps under a tent, they were pleasant and politely greeted us but they were not over aggressive, they gave us space to inspect their inventory , when we went into the sales floor it looked like a screen straight out of wall Street , there where at least 20 different transactions going on these men and women were busy selling cars. I was impressed especially after what I seen the past 2 days at another dealer close by. The sales rep Sammy was very helpful , focussed and accommodating, he guided us through the process and kept us on track we test drive x truck , it was clean , the tires on all their stack looked new, with the nipples still on the tires, beautiful operation .I'd say it took around 4 hours and when we drove out with a beautiful Dodge 1500 4X4 with a 5.7 hemi the sound of the exhaust left no doubt we had got a good truck. I was very impressed with this operation. I will say if you are tired of the snobby arrogant, treatment from sales people that make you feel insignificant and that your not a worthy customer, then come check this place out these people are there to sell you a car, not to make you feel like you're not worth their time . I'm torn with this place. The food is just as good as in and out but the prices are astronomical. I can't rationalize paying over $40 for fast food that's slightly different, but no better than what I can get at in and out. Sorry 5 guys, a burgers just a burger... wait, I take that back...
