I don’t think I’ve ever had a more horrible experience with a company. Today, after 4.5 months (140 days) my son’s sectional was supposed to be picked up and replaced. FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS!!!! Also will mentioned this on my got settled because I asked to speak with the regional manager.
First the drivers complain about cat hair. My son has a tiny kitten and hello it’s been 4.5 months were they supposed to sit on the floor and not on the couches? After they try to deny pickup for the tiny bit of kitten hair we have ring footage of the ottoman just being thrown out on my son’s lawn cushion facing down on the damp grass and another part of the sectional being layed on the road on the back part. I also have another video where it shows the delivery drivers unwrapping the new sectional parts and just flipping them over so they fall on the road.
Who do you guys hire to do this stuff because I will not be responsible for damages they caused to those couches be chase they are crap workers and careless. They also knocked over a plant of their and locked a record box which broke it. They were in such a rush they just didn’t care what they did.
They wound up refusing to leave the cushions from the new set that was being delivered. As you can see in the screenshot of the video. What would be worse? Kitten hair? Or wet grass and a gravel on the road? Like I said before this is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company and of course there’s no one to call because customer service is closed. Attached is the picture from the video because I am not sure it will let me upload the videos but I will likely just message the general manager or regional direction on LinkedIn with the videos and background information. I’m tired of this horrible and careless service we’ve received after the amount of money I spent on what was supposed to be a nice wedding gift for my son And daughter in law.
AGUAJ36321 for reference and the pictures show the “great” and careful service we received with almost three thousand...
Read moreUpdate 10/5 still nothing has been done after speaking to customer service on 10/15. Here I am wasting more time out of my day to call customer service and be on hold forever. All for them to say as a “courtesy” they can send someone out to look at the couches on Dec 3 . A courtesy as if they are doing me a favor. I’m sorry if I believe spending $2400 on couches that they should be in perfect condition. I don’t want repaired couches! So here we go waiting again for a manager to call me since they claim what was originally promised to me which was new couches being delivered was not supposed to be done. I will never shop at any location of Mor again.
Since bad reviews is the only way to get attention from Mor here we go again. I’m attaching my original review for reference on the couches we picked up 9/7 that I purchased for son and his wife as a wedding gift.
After speaking to the salesperson on 9/11, I was told our issue would be resolved and the couches would be picked up and switched out. I was told I would receive a call to schedule redelivery.
On 9/24 I text the salesperson asking if it usually took that long. I received a text the next day saying it should not have taken so long and that she would contact customer service to find out what was going on. Then crickets…
On 10/15 over a month later still nothing had been resolved so I contacted customer service. The person I spoke with stated that nothing was notated in the system regarding the couches. So now it made sense why nothing was done TWICE when dealing directly with the salesperson! Customer service had me send them the pictures that same day and again crickets. It is now October 26th and still nothing has been done and I have not been contacted. I am very frustrated and should not have to keep calling Mor to figure out what is happening. I was planning on replacing my large sectional which is 7 years old and from Mor but I’ll pass and head across the street to receive better service and better prices and pay cash just as I did with this...
Read moreI love Mor Furniture Store. First let me start off with the complimentary goodies...lol, Mor has a cafe inside its store that offers their customers Freshly baked (made in store) Otis Spunkinmeyer cookies, freshly popped popcorn, fountain soda etc. I thought that was a cool added touch to have that, but please people be respectful and do not allow your children to eat on all of the furniture on the floor and leave spillages everywhere, there really isn't a designated area for everyone to sit and eat, because this is a furniture store and it wasn't designed for dining purposes, so with that being said let's not ruin a great gesture such as this one, thanks! Moving on...they have a wide variety of sofas, in tables, bed framing (head board, foot board), night stands, dressers, dinette sets, there is just so much to look at, the store is huge, they also have an outlet store next to it that has some pretty decent furniture for less, in my most honest opinion their discounted furniture looks 10x better than Big Lot's high priced cheap furniture. The salespeople here are a hit and miss, sometimes you'll get a salesman to approach you and really seem interested in helping you, other times your lucky if you even get noticed; I do not want to type anything slandering, but in my opinion I feel like they sometimes judge based off of looks, like they think they can distinguish who the serious customers are from the ones who are only in there for the comp refreshments. Overall great store, some great people in here and spacious enough to really look, the store does not look cluttered. Lastly, parking lot is huge, so...
