Spencer's — Attraction in Frisco

Rude store manager and poor customer service. Went there the other night, November 10th around 6:00 - 6:30, because my girlfriend was looking for a new nose ring. She looked for a while and found some that she liked but needed to ask someone for help to open the case. The cases are right next to the checkout and there were two employees talking about the store. I waited till what seemed to be a pause, I said "Excuse me, I think she needs some help with the case. Could one of you be able to help her?" Then, the assuming store manager, a little older than middle aged lady with glasses and blonde hair, responds in a rude, condescending tone "Oh thank you, seriously thank you. Thanks a lot for pointing that out." Then proceeded to continue talking to the other employee and ignore the request. After that spiteful gesture and attitude I asked my girlfriend if she would like to go to another store and we left. We won't be going back any time soon and be dealt with in such a way when trying to make a purchase. Went to buy sex toys only to find an employee following and listening to my girlfriend and i while we talked about what we wanted. Asked us questions when i made it loudly clear that we didn't need assistance with private matters, which was irritating as we were in a time crunch until the closing of the mall and felt pressured. One employee was polite and helpful and walked away after asking if we needed assistance. This employee then prompted us that we were low on time and she left us to browse. My most recent experience in this store was absolutely horrible. I’ve honestly never had a bad experience until I came in contact with Daniel (an employee at this location). He was so incredibly rude and dismissive. I asked him a few questions and he rolled his eyes at me, ignored me and acted like I was the biggest burden. I don’t think I’ve ever come in contact with a worker as rude and disrespectful as Daniel. Not sure how he was hired for a CUSTOMER SERVICE spot but he was incredibly uninterested, unprofessional and rude. Will never be back as long as he is...
