The LEGO® Store Stonebriar Centre — Attraction in Frisco

I had a puzzling experience attempting to return an online order at this store.

Despite having an unopened LEGO set (under $200) and the original receipt, the store manager refused the return, vaguely citing "store policy" without further explanation. LEGO.com clearly states that LEGO Brand Retail stores can accept unopened sets under $200 for return within 90 days, issuing a refund via LEGO Gift Card. To confirm, I called the Northpark LEGO store, where they assured me this return should not have been an issue at their store.

In the end, I successfully processed the return through LEGO.com without any issues. Even their customer support was puzzled by the Stonebriar LEGO store’s refusal to honor the stated return policy.

There was a variety of Lego sets. Jurassic Park, Star Wars, City, Ninjago, Lego Friends, Disney, fairy, duplo, DC, marvel, birthday sets with cards. There were some special deals going on. This week it is spend $60 get a star wars set free. Staff was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the wedding set Lego which Hubby and I purchased on one of our visits. They have some rare sets like that you won't see in many department stores. Worth the trip. Not sure if other places sell duplo building boards but did find this along with many duplo sets at the Lego Store. Always find something interesting. The key chains are my favorite. They staff were super helpful. We did have a short wait to get In because of COVID restrictions. Great selection on the pick a brick wall. My son and I got two different large cups. We had 2 different employees help. They did not rush at all. When were getting the second cup I told my son to hurry up that the young man needed to help other people. He said take your time sir it’s my job and I’m happy to help. He even went so far as to dig a couple of odd prices out of the mixed pieces drawer.
