Lolli & Pops — Restaurant in Frisco

PLEASE READ ABOUT THE STORE EMPLOYEE WHO YELLED AT ME ABOUT A MISPLACED PRODUCT THAT I WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR. THIS HAPPENED IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND WAS ABSOLUTELY HUMILIATING! I was in this store on October 8th, 2022 at around 6:30 pm. My children and I were waiting in line to check out. My daughter noticed a honeycomb box sitting on a display shelf and asked if she could get it. I picked it up to look at it then put it back WHERE I FOUND IT. Suddenly I hear a rude voice YELL AT ME, “Can you put that back?!” I looked at her then she looked at me and the honeycomb box and said with a rude look on her face and a rude voice, “Can you put that back?!” I picked up to look under it to see what was underneath it and it was chocolate bars. I put the honeycomb box down WHERE I FOUND IT, looked at her and said, “That is where I found it.” Then with an attitude she said, “Oh, well I guess you can just bring it over here!” There were several customers in there and I was so embarrassed! I cannot believe she had the nerve to speak to me like that! I did not get the employee’s name. She has a short hair that she was wearing in a ponytail and eyeglasses. She needs to be reprimanded. I will be calling the store to report her to management. If that doesn’t resolve the matter then I will call the corporate office. I WILL NEVER, EVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! There are other candy stores inside Stonebriare Mall. I would recommend you go to...

And there I am in Sri Lanka, formerly Ceylon, at three o' clock in the morning, looking for one thousand brown M&M's to fill a brandy glass, or Ozzy wouldn't go on stage that night. So, Jeff Beck pops his head 'round the door and mentions there's a little sweetshop on the edge of town. So, we go, and - it's closed. So there's me, and Keith Moon, and David Crosby breaking into this little sweetshop right? Well, instead of a guard dog, they've got this bloody great big Bengal tiger. Well I managed to take out the tiger with a can of mace, but the shopowner and his son, that's a different story altogether... I had to beat them to death with their own shoes... Nasty business really... But sure enough, I got the M&M's and Ozzy went on stage and did a GREAT show.

I remember when this location opened up around 7-8 years ago, it was ALWAYS busy and the candy was always fresh. I thought maybe it was because I came in at the end of the day, but there was truly a lack of candy choices. The candy that was available tasted stale, from the chocolate to the gummies. Instead of actual labels, the names of the candy were written on yellow post-it notes by one of the employees I’m sure. The fridges weren’t full of different sodas like they used to be. I think the supply chain issues and the pandemic may have really affected this location and business overall. I miss the old-fashioned uniforms the employees used to wear and how helpful they all were. The two young women I saw there never left their seats behind the cash wrap and were wearing t-shirts and sweats. I don’t know if there any other locations in the DFW area, but I’d rather go to any other candy shop...
