So I want to say this post is not about Metrolink or really the station per se it's more about the fact that if in the off chance you needed to use the bathroom inside the (Amtrak terminal) God help you because the staff is terrible. The man seems so terribly inconvenienced by any disruption whatsoever. One of the elevators happens to also be down when I arrived earlier this morning and when I asked went to inquire about whether or not it was still down. He said "the stairs are over there ma'am" what the heck. I responded with yeah thanks I'm disabled. He then told me there is a shuttle over there and pointed away from the train area. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have." Much more...
