TL;DR. these 3 stars belong to headbanger guy, not Michael's, who get no stars. Just order your stuff online
I know it's busy so I called in asking for the thing I wanted since the website said they had them in stock but it's the Christmas time so stuff is flying off the shelf. I got some "ummms" and a "let me check." And got put one hold. It taking a pretty long time so I decided to see of i could get to the store before they took me off hold, too bad they just hung up on me after 20 minutes while I was about a mile away from the store.
I go on, go to the aisle that the website said the thing i wanted was, and lo and behold there were a few left so I bought all of them. I realize that I could grab a Christmas present here too. There was a gentleman with no name tag who had just got done helping another customer who I could best describe as having long hair, studded wristbands, and who might pay a premium price for Zakk Wylde's branded EXTRA T H I C C guitar strings. I asked him where I could find some fancy coloring books and without missing a beat he tells me the exact spot they're in. I end up racking up an additional $50 for a set of really nice markers and some elaborate coloring books before I make it to the checkout.
When I got to the line the girl ringing me up asked me of i was the guy who called about that thing. I told her I was and she apologixed and said they just weren't able to find them (it took me less than 60 seconds to track them down and I had never been to this Michael's location before) I paid for my stuff and got outta dodge. The Michaels closer to me showed that they were out of stock. Yes, I should have called first but the website appeared to be accurate as it showed several of the models where out of stock, but most were in stock. When I get there and ask an employee where the cars are, she states they don't have any they are a "seasonal item". Ok that's weird I say, because the website states they are in stock. Again she just repeats that nope they are a season item. Of Course when I check out with some other items, the cashier asked if I found everything. I say no, the website stated you had something that you don't have in stock. The cashier states that those cars are fragile and they probably all broke! lol...NOT A SINGLE PERSON APOLOGIZED THAT THE WEBSITE WAS WRONG. I get it that the item was not there but I don't care why. Next time try: "I'm so sorry that's not ok that the site is inaccurate, I will look into that as...

I purchased with cash and didn't keep my receipt because I thought I was going to use it. They informed me that can't return the items for cash back without a receipt. After arguing back and forth with the cashier about getting my money back I finally asked her to get the store manager. The manager came out and said she would give me store credit but only half the value of what I purchased!!! She said this is their store policy. At that point I became furious that they were stealing from me. I made it very clear to the manager, cashier and all who was within an ears reach that this company steals from the customers at this point the manager instructed the cashier to just give my money back and she stormed off without another word to me.
