Let me get started by saying all hands on deck for this place! This is absolutely the best top notch electronic repair shop in town! This place can't be compared to any other places! Like every person who desperately seeks an immediate repair in particular for a ps5, bc her kiddos can't live without it. I google electronic repair shops in town and Asurion was the first company to appear. So, I take it to Noe at Asurion and he had lots of work to do and was the only person working this past Sunday 11/27/2022. Tells me if it's ok to check on Monday and of course said sure. Come to find out Monday morning, they didn't have the right tools needed bc my fan needed to be microsoldered. I asked him if he knew anyone in town who could fix it and he recommended irepair. I call them right after and spoke with Timothy and he said bring it on it. On lunch break I head out to pick up my ps5 from Asurion and take it right to irepair. In transcourse of the day I get a phone call from Drew in the evening around 6 p.m. and he had already took it apart and tells me he can modify the ps5 where the blower gets connected. I said lets do it as long as it works. Next thing you know I get pics on where he soldered it and i could pick up next day. Mind you not I also needed the disc reader to be replaced. I pick up the ps5 on Tuesday and he told me he would put in a work order to replace my disc reader which is bad as well. That they are on backorder and wouldnt be available untill probably the next few weeks. Listen to this, i get a text message from Drew on Wednesday to bring in the ps5 on Friday which is today, bc he was able to get the part. Completely blown away by the service Drew (the owner of several iRepair stores)!! I put out a call on Facebook asking if any of my friends had a recommendation for a place to take my iPhone to for a broken screen. Needed to be local (to me in Gainesville, GA), speedy and a good value. A friend of mine tagged Drew Nguyen in her response... he sent me a message via FB the very next morning (like HE reached out first-not me!) I replied right away (a cracked screen is a chore I was dreading and wanted it over with!). Drew sent me his cell phone number and we spoke. He said he could have it fixed in 30 minutes or less - say WHAT? He quoted me a great price on fixing my iPhone Max screen and told me which store was closest to me. He called the store I was going to. He informed them that I was on my way. He gave me discount (I was sick from chemo okay :- ) and told his technician to honor the discount. I took my phone in and went back out to the car to wait because I just was not feeling my best. His tech poked his head outside in 15 minutes to tell me that my phone was done!!! Guys, I get so tired of businesses that don't exercise great customer service - well, Drew did! He went above and beyond what I was expecting. He even explained the difference in an "original and "aftermarket" screen. I definitely wanted the "original" because I didn't want to take the chance of my phone being rejected as I was trading in my older phone (XS Max) and getting a $700 refund from AT&T. Drew was very knowledgeable about the entire process, even AT&T's preference/policy. And, my phone was easily accepted upon receipt! The screen on my phone quit working. I couldn't do anything, I couldn't even turn it off. I took it to Verizon first at Banks Crossing and was told that the touch screen was broken and nothing would be salvagable without it. I asked her how to take out the battery so I could see if that worked. She said she couldn't show me how. But then she gave me the name of a repair store. iRepair on Dawsonville Hwy in Gainesville. So I took it over there and the guy who waited on me took it to the back and brought it back out to me in less than two minutes!!! Fixed!!! No charge!! I was so thankful.
