Cellular One — Attraction in Gallup

November and December data has been REDUCED it says 150 gb of data but since November (maybe October) it seems like the internet doesn't last long as it used to. (Update:) I used to be able to use data for at least 3 weeks now it runs out within A WEEK! I'm not using anymore data than i used to and still paying the SAME price. If they are gonna reduce data then they should REDUCE THE PRICE cause this is not right! They're GREEDY and taking advantage of everyone. Bring back unlimited TALK, TEXT, AND HOTSPOT plans for $45 PER Month!!!!!🤬 I called them and they said it's because the "ACP ran out" but AFTER ACP ended I was able to use TALK,TEXT,DATA,&HOTSPOT for $40/3 WEEKS. THEN 2 MONTHS LATER (after ACP ended) that was reduced to TALK, TEXT,DATA&HOTSPOT for $40/ 1 week. NO NOTICE for it too! Am I able to sue them or get a lawyer because...

I am very unhappy with your services CellularOne. I purchased a defective GlobeSurfer from you which you replaced with another defective GlobeSurfer ..and after months of problems and resets you finally discovered this one too is defective. Then when I ask for a refund I am told that a supervisor will email me ....3 times I have gotten the same story, and no email. I think this is very bad business. I was told to call the Gallup store about this ..where I purchased it, yet no one there will ever answer the phone. I want a refund for this Globe Surfer ...do I have to take this to court??? Even your employees admitted to me that there have been nothing but problems with these devices ...so if you know this why don't you just give me a refund instead of dragging this on for over a month? ...I am still waiting to hear from Nicole...

Place has a friendly staff. Only thing that sucks about the store has it's always packed and long wait times. Now when it comes to Cellular One phone service voice and text message service is good for the area. But when it comes to the data it's horrible. The company has 4G let but yet it's slower than any other cell phone provider in the area. The data is also expensive compared to prepaid carriers like cricket and MetroPCS.
