Affordable Used Appliances — Attraction in Garden City

Previously we have purchased a washer, dryer, and king size bed from them with no issues. So 3 weeks ago I wake up and my fridge is dead, so I come back here. Matt the sales person is very helpful and I purchase a fridge. It gets delivered, the delivery guys yell at my wife, and the fridge doesn't work properly. So I contact them, their response to the poor behavior of the delivery guys is virtually ignored, but we move past it and end up spending more money to purchase a new fridge. Why not right? So....we do finally get the fridges swapped and this one has issues with the ice machine. Yes.....brand new fridge. Now to get a repair man.....I must give them AN ENTIRE DAY OF AVAILABILITY. Or else I cant get help, and am also just informed I can not return unless I comply with taking an entire day off for them. (Third time by the way.) I am in utter shock that a company would sell me 2 broke fridges then not do all they can to make it right. Quite frankly it just keeps getting worse, 3 weeks and counting. By the way, dont pretend that presidents number on that card does anything. Been calling it every other day. Never an answer. Never a call back. If you are a busy person, shop somewhere else. If you have 3 days to give to an appliance shop, then you know...

I bought my 70 year old mother a refrigerator here a couple of months ago but to my dismay I feel I was taking. I had to exchange this fridge 4 times before we got one that wasn't broken. The sad part is that now this refridgerator ice machine isn't working now and it's been only months. I don't understand why they can't sell decent application, so I wouldn't have had to exchange it so many times. Now this one is broken too. On the positive side they did try to make it right by continuing to exchange it, but if they had sold decent appliances I would not have had to exchange it so many times. So all Ned to know this could be what could happen to you. FYI customer service...

This is our second time shopping at affordable used appliances. We got an awesome stainless steel kitchen set that was between used and new but scratch and dent at almost a third of the price of doing all brand new and lesser quality stuff! We had an issue with our first choice fridge not fitting (my error, our kitchen is very small), and Matt spent quite a bit of time and effort finding us one that would fit our awkward space. No salesman comes close to being as good as Matt! Ulises is also one of the best delivery men I know as well, very conciensious of his surroundings,quick and clean. Honestly I can't wait until we need to go back. Great...
