White Cup Donut — Restaurant in Gardena

We walked in, and no one was behind the counter, and then this guy appeared with a dry greeting of some sort. My daughter asked if he could mix flavors for a smoothie, and he could hear her, and they were two inches away. She repeated, "Can you mix these two flavors. Finally, he said, "Yeah,then she asked how much does it cost," and he said the price is up there on the wall. Which prices were not stated clear for what we brought? There were a few different prices. So made the we got a blueberry muffins, when we received out total I felt over charged being that when I looked at the board I thought we were being charged $375 or 4.25, Nope $6.50, to be honest we probably would have still purchased even at the price I just stated. What I had a problem with was that he lacked customer service, not being a little friendly, and the muffin was not even fresh. This was our first visit, and more like the last, we could have just gone in the 7/11 next door and probably got better service and would've felt overcharged.

Cute place nice atmosphere, however the customer service was completely lacking . Apparently they don’t care very much about who they’re serving. Who would expect an egg and cheese croissant to be cooked in pork oil. For some that may be OK, but as a Muslim American it was devastating to bite into a pork fried egg and cheese croissant sandwich Assuming it would be all good. But before all that even while ordering, I was never offered or asked how I would like my order or whether I was interested in purchasing anything else. When you guys first open, I remembered the donuts was super superrrrrr great!. And today I asked my hubby to grab some blue berry donuts . N these are HALF two tone ??? That pale color looked so undone cus it's soft to the touch! And it's 5ish pm, why would you keep these around? Super disappointed!! You shouldn't even sell a bad batch even for minor profits. Gosh.
