Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I brought my phone in on Tuesday for a repair. I was told that I would be able to walk in at any time and be served. After leaving my job early to show up well before the closing hour of 7, the technician working said "you couldn't have showed up earlier?" I was very calm through the disrespect and laziness of said employee and ultimately left my phone overnight to be repaired. After receiving my phone the next afternoon, it only worked for about 4 hours before the picture went completely out and I was unable to use my phone because I could not see the screen. When I took the phone back to UbreakIFix, the same technician was telling another customer to come back tomorrow due to it being 'late in the day' and that nothing would be able to be done today. I am not sure if this is company policy or something, but in no service industry is this acceptable for customers to be denied help well over an hour before closing!! That is pure laziness and a reflection of the lack of working culture here.
Although my screen was repaired, the phone was not displaying any image. The phone was still working when I brought it in because I was able to use Siri and make calls from my Apple Watch. When I was finally seen I only asked what was wrong with my phone and was given the nastiest attitude as if I was the one who didn't repair the phone properly the first time. I remained calm again and waited a full 15 minutes before I finally asked for my phone back. It was clearly not going to be fixed today and not by them, seeing how unqualified they were to begin with. The technician further escalated the situation by threatening to calling law enforcement for a verbal confrontation in which I called him lazy and horrible at his job. After leaving with my phone, I noticed it was completely disabled from doing anything although it was still on. I could no longer make necessary calls or even screen mirror from my Mac (which is the primary way I was using the phone when it was broken). Somehow he disabled find my and all my essential properties to make my phone work.
So not only was the service unacceptable and rude, I also left with a phone that no longer worked in any fashion when I was able to use it before bringing it in for the second time.
ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE BUSINESS. YOU SHOULD NOT COME HERE!!!

Read moreI would write zero if I could . The manners the counter representative Shawn showed me was very non chaland , flippent and rude . I came in to understand the phone camera I repaired still sends me a message that I need to complete the repair . This is a one year old problem. I came in and had my camera repaired . I was told it would be a certain amount of money . I said ok . The wrong camera got shipped to the store so there was a longer delay than expected . When I came to pick up my phone I was told they could not complete the verification of the camera because they did not have my pin . The technicien who told me that apparently does not work there anymore . Shawn was adamant I describe them I said Caucasian and tall . I felt very embarrassed to have to describe the technician . To me it does nothing t matter wether they are Caucasian , Hispanic or African American . I simply want my phone repaired . Shawn himself is the ones who’s name is indicated On the repair receipt . But he denied having repaired my phone . He did not ask to see my phone or even open it and look at it . All he said is that since these were not apple parts the message would always appear . He said it does not matter as long as the camera works . I said had I been told this was gong to happen I would have payed for the higher cost parts and not come in for an explanation. I also stated I came in another time to get this message fixed and was told the technicien who repaired my phone would need to do it. Well that is Shawn and when I returned to the shop he denied being the technician who repaired my phone and he basically brushed me off and made me feel uncomfortable and inappropriate as a customer . Finally I opened the phone and showed him the massage and he said well then all you need to do is complete the step and it will be fixed . I will se if this fixes it but the attitude of dismissal and not wanting to help will surely discourage me from coming back to this...

I called and had an appointment set to have my mom's phone battery replaced. I got an email to confirm the appointment. Upon arrival, the employee working seemed to be extremely bothered and disinterested to have customers to help. I informed Mr. Simonton of the reason we were there, and after looking up the appointment, he told me that they did not have the battery in stock. I asked why they would set an appointment if they didn't have the necessary parts. Mr. Simonton rudely explained he didn't know and hasn't had any batteries in over a week. I asked for a manager so that I could complain and he said no, so I asked for a customer service number, to which he continued to say no. I pressed further for a way to complain and Mr. Simonton said he didn't know the number. I asked him if he could Google it, and he again said no.
For these reasons, I cannot recommend uBreakiFix. Lack of empathy and service like this shows they do not care to have customers. The mistake with the battery could have been forgiven, but the near hostile level of contempt exhibited by Mr. Simonton can't. This person does not need to be in a customer facing...
