Went in the store this morning for two smoothies employee in there must have filled 10 online orders before looking over or speaking to me. I was the only one in the store. Finally ordered and she fills a few more orders before mine then hands me the one smoothie when I clearly asked for 2 if the same order. Waited 20 minutes and didn’t leave with what I came for. Completely wasted my time. This store will not see me again. Last time I was here I ordered a 20 ounce they made a larger drink and told me I was paying for the 20 ounce when I checked the receipt it showed they charged me 1$ more for the larger drink. If I could give half a star or 0 I would.

I’m severely allergic to peanuts so i take all precautions needed. 2-3 different times (had issues at other locations as well so it’s definitely a smoothie king problem and not just a location problem) i’ve ordered and when i asked if this was made in the allergy bowl i get confused looks from employees that did not bother to look at the order. They can end up putting me or someone else in the hospital or even cause DEATH. PLEASE prioritize training your employees to read the orders and make sure there aren’t any allergies there, OR MAYBE MAKE IT MORE OBVIOUS THAT THERE IS AN ALLERGY. Disgusting! On another occasion an employee was smoking an e-cigarette in front of the building and attempted to come inside and make my smoothie. I asked if he was going to wash his hands and the other employee made my smoothie. On another occasion, I ordered two smoothies in the morning before work. I went to the register to pay and she only prepared one. This made me late for work and verified she wasn't listening or confirmed my order.
