Harbor Freight — Attraction in Garner

Worse HF ever. When there to get a toolbox that was on Black Friday sale on Tuesday. The sale ad showed that ITC could get starting on Monday. I pay 30 dollars a year for ITC. Mike the supervisor told me they were holding them until Friday, he said they had them in the back. I showed him the ad and he basically said Friday only. I ask him why did the ad say it started Monday for ITC. When back on Wednesday only to have another employee tell me they were only putting them out on Friday. I called the corporate office and was told that they were getting several calls from all over about the same thing. False advertising and should result in a class...

On the way some where else and saw a new Harbor Freight Sign, it is where the old Kroger store was. Had to stop. Went in to see if they had any thing that help with working on my Harley Davidson project. Spent about $500.00. It would have cost me twice as much for these tools at any other store.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The store just opened and did not have full inventory yet but still had more than other stores if this type. I would have to drive to Cary to the other Harbor Freight and it is not as nice as this one.

The location is great it is at the cross road between Hwy 70 and Timber drive in the same area as Target...

This new store is fantastic! It's very close to where I live and It has everything I need IN STOCK!

The store manager is a really nice lady and helped me with various purchases. I had to return a quite a few impulse purchases a few days back because I realized that I won't be using them in the near future. I felt really bad about returning so many items at a time. The store manager was very patient and friendly with me and made sure I got my money back. I couldn't be happier with the customer service.

I'm planning on doing some car projects soon and I'd definitely get my tools here as much as possible. Highly...
