Let me start by just the walk in. SMH. I walked in, 3 baristas were working. 1 placed something on a shelf and walked right by me, didn’t speak. She walked behind the counter and started doing something else. Never acknowledged me standing there even though she saw me, walked by me, etc. Another was writing something down, she didn’t speak either. The 3rd one comes out, goes to the register that I’m STANDING in front of, he didn’t speak & started doing something. WOW!! I’m standing there for a while. No one acknowledged me. My daughter, who was waiting for me, asked me what was going on. I finally said, “I’m trying to buy a cup if anyone ever greets me and actually asks how they can help me.” After about 10 seconds, the guy asked if he could help me. I would have walked out if I really didn’t want the cup. I hadn’t seen it anywhere else. I didn’t order a beverage or food, just the cup. The customer service was terrible. Definitely not returning to this location. They all need training. Either do your job or find something that you don’t have to open your mouth or...
Read moreWaited for over an hour for the employees of this Starbucks to return from their “30 minute break.” The only reason I knew they were on break was because when I came in, a lady that had been waiting told me. No signs were posted anywhere and it just looked closed. Then, a young employee let me know that they were on a 30 minute break but made it evident that he did not know when they were coming back. After an hour, two employees came sauntering in with Chick-fil-a bags in tote and went over to the photo printing station. Another 10 minutes later, they finally came back to the actual Starbucks. It took a bit longer for them to open everything up. At least 12 disappointed and frustrated customers came and went without being serviced because of the apathy I...
Read moreI shop at their store frequently but try my best to avoid going into the starbucks cafe there. Not once I went in there and the baristas were friendly. I’m always faced with an attitude. I keep thinking maybe this time will be different but no, never fails. I know how retail and restaurant work goes and if you can’t smile and be friendly you shouldn’t be in that business. I understand sometimes one will be faced with rude or demanding customers but these baristas start up the conversation with me with loads of attitude as if they were forced to be working there. I hope Starbucks and Target will address this issue because for the past few months I decided to go anywhere other than...
