I have always gone to this location. However, today will be the last day. I went to the jewelry counter to purchase some jewelry that I had seen from my prior visit to the store. The clerk was helping a customer and I waited patient for her to finish. In those minutes, she never acknowledged my presence. I walked away and went looking in other areas to give her some time with the customer. I came back a second time and she was with the same customer. So I waited.....no acknowledgment. Left again a few minutes later and I came back to the jewelry counter a third time. She was speaking to a different customer who was browsing and the customer looked and me and said to her, " I am just browsing, you can go ahead and help her over there." The clerk did not even look my way. I know she knew I was there. Instead of helping me, she insisted on showing the lady another pair of earrings. I was at my wits end! The CUSTOMER noticed that I was being ignored and insisted to the clerk that I needed assistance. It's a shame when a customer has to insist! I purchased the necklace and the clerk barely even looked at me. I consider that rude! This happened on Monday, 6/17/2019 around 2:00pm. She kept telling the customers that this was not her department and that she was just filling in. She really needs customer service training.

Read moreI love buying at T.J.Maxx but today I was not happy with the treatment I received at checkout. My wife had 3 birthday gift cards from T.J.Maxx and the cashier, an older Black women treated us very rude and required that we show her our ID/License in order to use the gift cards as if they were stolen and then questioned us on a Ralph Lauren cologne we found in the clearance section. I told her they were in the clearance section with other clearance items. She said that it should have been in the locked glass case and not out in the open and looked at me in a very rude way as if I was at fault. I told her that there were more if she thought I was lying and then I even questioned her on the ID requirement for using gift cards. She may be a manager or supervisor because she was ordering other employees to do things. I spent over $100 today and to be honest don't think I'll be going back with such bad customer service. This was at the White Oak shopping center in Garner. What a shame!!! Slowly but surely good customer service is...
Read moreThis place has great stuff in it. However, the staff, especially the cashiers are extremely rude. They never acknowledge you and say two words to you. Tonight, my husband and I had an unpleasant experience with one where she was just downright hateful. She barked at us and just spoke down to us in a hateful tone. I understand that retail jobs can be crummy because I have worked retail before. I know that you have bad days and have bad experiences with customers because people are just downright rude anymore. But, there is no excuse to ever be rude to a customer, no matter how they are being. You have to tough it up and actually pretend that you have a personality. The customer service here is very deplorable at best. However, we still like coming here because you can find some...
