My husband and I ordered a hot wheels roller coaster online which was shipped to my house damaged. I took three photos of all the damage and called customer service asking if they would like the proof, they told me it was ok and not to worry. Let’s mention I never even opened the boxes. I called customer service and they told me they would send a replacement and to donate the damaged item. I received confirmation back stating my replacement order was done and they would send an update when shipped. I donated the roller coaster as told. I didn’t receive my tracking info, now 3 days later when I went to track my replacement order it said my order was CANCELLED. Are you kidding me?! Cancelled my replacement order and never contacted me by email OR phone to let us know my son would not be receiving his Christmas gift. This company is a joke! When I called customer service asking why my order was cancelled they said it was because my replacement order was “flagged”. Flagged for what?! Now the item is no longer available and they are questioning if I have the item and are asking me to return the item back. I DONATED TO LESS FORTUNATE BECAUSE YOU TOLD ME TO DONATE IT. Thinking I did something great to make other kids so happy who don’t get Christmas gifts and now I am screwed. They created a case and I am now waiting to even see if I can get my money back. I work hard for my money and it was the one gift I got my son with that hard earned money. Now I have nothing for my son less than two weeks away for Christmas and $300 in charges on my Credit card for that item. This is all I can afford! This is...
Read moreThis is my go-to Kohl's, and the remodel turned out great! It is fresh and light, and I really appreciate that the cash registers are on one side of the store now. It was more than annoying to walk to the men's section of the store hoping to check-out only to learn that the women's registers were the only ones open... anyway, the central registers have fixed all that! Our latest visit was today (at 9 am) for some last minute Christmas presents. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by a very pleasant lady who was helping at self-checkout. We found some great deals (which I attribute to last minute shopping -- at least, that's my justification for waiting to finish my Christmas list lol!) and left with a bag full of stuff. My minor complaint is that the lane for the self check-outs is too narrow. I noticed how tight it was the very first time I visited after self check-out was installed. When there are more than 2 people checking out, especially at the end of the aisle, it is cumbersome. This morning there were several couples/families at the self check registers plus the staff member (who was so nice!) and it was ridiculous how many people were bumping into others, the shelving/merchandise, etc. Maybe it felt extra tight because it was busy, but it's really too narrow if it cannot comfortably handle patrons on a busy day. Great Kohl's to shop at, and of course, I...
Read moreReally do not like the "Sephora" remodel. It really is more like a Sephora store with a Kohls wrapped around the the perimeter. The jewelry department no longer exists. Felt like an Easter egg hunt trying to find it spread out all over the store in different other departments. Found another woman who was having the same issue. Encountered an elderly woman with a walker who was trying to find the handbag dept. I wish I could have helped her but my guess is that it had suffered the same fate as jewelry. I guess if the main reason for going here was to purchase Sephora it would be a bonus that it also includes a Kohls, but not the other way around. Going forward I will either go a different Kohls...
