Karen's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in Genoa Township

Carts. Horrible. The store is the size of an outhouse, why would a card store have shopping carts INSIDE the outhouse? Every time I walk into this store (as today was the last) it’s humid inside. Why? Because there are 18 people running around with shopping carts, most of them in the main card aisle. It’s like a convoy of shopping carts gone wrong in that outhouse, never again people, never again. Everything is priced three times higher than other locations so that’s insult to injury since my back still hurts from a stray cart stabbing me in the gut going down the main aisle one day. Love this shop. Warm and friendly staff. Always willing to offer excellent support and suggestions for the occasions you are shopping for. Lots of stuff you really don't need.. But if you need a card for some occasion they probably have 5 of them.. Join they reward program and get a free card on Fridays, the catch?? The free card selection is very small. But if you are not picky or are fine with a blank card...
