Cumberland Mall is always full of surprises. One day at the high end of all then the next day it’s a ghetto hang out on the weekends. When you walk up your meeting with about 20 to 30 young people outside, smoking cigarettes, dressed and Goth looking like they’re waiting for the first person to rob them when more than likely they’re waiting for Uber if I’m being honest. once you enter the establishment, you are immediately almost bumped into by every single person you meet who makes zero eye contact with you and have no care if they bump you or not however, if you bump them hard enough accidentally, they will fight you.. It’s just an atmosphere. You have to get used to. If you mind your business, you’re going there and you go shop then you should be fine. The layout of the mall, however, is rather controversial as it has led to a lot of confusion because there are certain stores that have duplicates of stores that are upstairs and downstairs in the map shows that they are up and downstairs however, one of them may be out of business and so you’ll make an entire trip for no reason this mall will have you sweating and musty, running in circles. They do not have enough escalators for the up and down that the mall actually requires. The staff at the stores are very polite. I will say that the stores are very well put together. They are very high-end. There are no bootleg boutiques in there. The only minor annoyance is, of course the vendors in the middle of the mall with the carts. Sometimes they do have good deals however, most of the time they’re bothering you and annoying you as you walk by while you are already focused on which you choose to buy and what you want to...

Read moreCumberland Mall is a decent place to shop but has its ups and downs. It’s great for grabbing groceries, kitchen instruments, and even floor mats, with a wide selection of stores to meet your needs. I was also able to pick up a few extra items conveniently, which was nice. The prices here are fair and reasonable, making it a good option for budget-conscious shoppers.
However, the service experience was disappointing. The staff lacked basic manners, and their customer service left much to be desired. Politeness and attentiveness go a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing during my visit.
One big plus is the parking situation. The mall offers free parking with plenty of available spaces, which makes getting in and out of the mall a hassle-free experience. It’s a refreshing change from other shopping areas where parking can be a nightmare.
The food corner was another downside. While there are food options available, the quality doesn’t match the price. The meals were expensive, and the taste was not up to par. It’s not a place I’d recommend for grabbing a bite.
Cumberland Mall is functional and convenient for shopping, but the poor service and disappointing food court experience lower its appeal. A little improvement in customer service and food quality would make a...
