Since the new owner took charge the store most of the customers experienced changes while shopping at AlHijra grocery. These types of experience are not new when some one took charge and start the business with his own experience and potentials. My entire family and lot relatives and friends are shopping their meat and grocery from Al Hijra since Previous owner Asif bought the store. I give the credit to new owner who took this challenge to continue to sell the products including all meat supply as per the old routine. As it take time for any business to establish the confidence among the customers the new owner is trying his best . Kindly give him some time to settle down in his new owner ship and develops the confidence m. Reading all the negative reviews it seems these were planned by the local competitors around who don’t want the Al Hijra grow strong and they want to sell their low quality meat and products to the customers who were very satisfied shopping at Al Hijra. I've been a customer for around 5 or more years and this new management is the worst. Absolutely 100% fob behavior. I call an order in several hours ahead of time, he calls me back during that time, I don't answer, so he gives my order away to someone else without redoing my order. When I arrive, he tells me what he did and why and that he needs 30 minutes to re do my order. If I was a new customer or if it was busy, maybe I'd understand, but I've been ordering the same way for years and I always call in several hours ahead of time so it's ready. This is not the first time that the 'new management ' has done this either, nor did they make any attempt to apologize or keep my business.
