BEWARE- This restaurant is under new owners, who have changed everything. The previous reviews are for the OLD restaurant, which was amazing. However, the new restaurant is NOT good. I came to the restaurant over the weekend not knowing there was new management. After reviewing the menu, I was disappointed to find out there's been changes in the food that was provided. Either way, I decided to order a Torta de Milanesa. I literally felt like I was eating beef jerky with hard bread. I didn't complain and just ate my rice and beans. Now when I went to pay for my food, the restaurant added gratuity twice. I asked them to remove it and they gave me attitude. At this point, I started recording the situation. I decided to review my receipt in full and realized they charged $2-$6 more on each meal my family ordered, compared to the menu. The sales tax was more than it's supposed to be. Plus I was being charged for 2 drinks when I only ordered 1. When I brought all of this to the managers attention she gave me complete attitude, then started to act like she could not speak english and was having the young waiter translate, AFTER she was already talking to me. When she realized I was recording the situation she decided to call the cops. When they arrived, they informed her that nothing was being done wrong. We were trying to pay for our meals, we just wanted to pay correctly. She stood there quiet. At this point my family was frustrated and paid the balance on the receipt, but left no tip. Even with paying the receipt, no one informed us that there would be an additional charge for using our card, over cash. I will NEVER come back here, and have made sure to inform my family not to as well. I do feel bad for not tipping the young man, as he was good and friendly, but the manager made the whole experience horrible (on top of bad food) and gave us the hardest time adjusting our...

We went to this restaurant and really have a horrible service with the waitress!!! Horrible service ever. We feel like we’re serving her. We need to go run to her and asked for paper towels for the table, clean the table by ourselves because the sauce are keep dripping from the seafood tower. takes a long time to refill the water, doesn’t clean the table, or ask how we doing or what we need, we got the Seafood Tower and it was leaking the sauce keeps dripping in the table and it went to our shorts, the waitress was just in the other table texting and eating seems doesn’t care at all. It wasn’t busy and I think we are the only table she have. This is our 2nd time coming to this restaurant to try the Seafood tower, 1st time we went here was good. We got the check and it was automatically added the gratuity $27 LOL you guys should put notes in your table that’s how you do it. We would love to give more than $27 if the service is good or the server is was nice. We even feel like there’s no service at all. We do feel like we’re serving her, she needs to be trained and learn customer service. We need to put some plates in the other table for us to have some place to eat without any help from the server. The server was literally just looking and keep texting at the table. The seafood tower isn’t worth it, there’s alot of onions and red/green peppers than seafood. WORST PLACE. Went there a few weeks ago and ordered a glass of water. The glass was unwashed and had food stuck on the inside. I tell the waitress, and she brings me another. This time, there was an even bigger piece of crusty old food stuck to it on the inside...I show her and she brings me a bottled water. Okay perfect, no issue there. When we get the bill, she charged us for a bottled water?! I told that it was not my fault that the dishes weren't washed properly but she refused to take the water charge off of the bill, saying that I kept complaining and wanted clean water. YES, obviously I want clean water. I told her that the establishment would NEVER pass a health inspection and she said she was getting the manager for me. Waited 15 minutes and no manager, I asked again and she ignores me. I go up to the front, tell the man at the register and he removes the charge. Simple. Waitress is so rude and incompetent, NEVER going back to that disgusting place with terrible customer service. Surprised it isn't shut down yet. I shouldn't have even had to pay for that meal at all. Definitely reporting this place.
