AMC The Americana at Brand 18 — Attraction in Glendale

Worst experience I ever had. I came to watch the Attack on titán movie, and came for the 9:45 show, the gift card i was using was not working so I asked for assistance and the staff came after 5 minutes of waiting, and helped with the gift card. The staff then ended up sending us to the wrong room and said head to room 11 which is the 9:00 show ,but the correct room to go to was 14, 11 and 14 sound way different and they are saying we misheard staff, and there are countless of movie room, and i entered 11 and it was Attack on titán so i thought it right room until after i spoke to someone after the movie who also were watching the movie and said the movie started at 9:00, so I knew something was wrong , i spoke to the manager and he said he can’t do anything about it and just was not trying to find a way to resolve the situation. I don’t understand how they are going to say me and my girlfriend are wrong and misheard , when we both heard 11 , we entered 11 and it was AOT so we asumed it was the right show, how do we end up walking to a room playing with the same movie when there are countless rooms , the staff said room 11 and saying it is our mistake. I spent 60$ for ticket and food just to go to waste. Manager offered no help no form of reperations , and basically said oh well , i wouldn’t waste my time watching a damn movie for no reason , we were told room 11 and now it is our fault and we can’t do...

This theater was super dirty and just poorly kept up. Food and drink stations looked like a riot had gone through, all of the trash bins were overflowing, and a lot of the young staff were just dragging their feet. It makes me wonder what things look like in the kitchen areas if that's what the rest of the theater looks like.

That being said, we did, reluctantly, order some food, as we were running a bit late and planned to just eat at the theater rather than stopping somewhere else. They were out of 65% of their menu, knew nothing about the gluten free options on the menu (the menu literally just says "gluten free options" with a price next to it -- ???), and the food we ordered took literally 20 minutes to receive, which made us even later to the movie. They don't take cash, either, to top it off.

The seats in the small theater are stiff and uncomfortable, and didn't provide for an enjoyable experience throughout the length of the film. I will say, though, that there's not a bad seat in the house as far as being able to see the screen.

At least the movie we saw was good.

Maybe we came on a bad night but that seems doubtful. Wouldn't recommend this place at...

What a horrible filthy theater !! For the price that I paid I expected my usual pleasant experience. Being that it is at the Americana not for one second did I ever think it would be so atrocious ! First , the point of purchasing through fandango is to skip the lines , they make u get in line to print tickets VERY STUPID they need to get a scan system and save paper ! Secondly , they have finding dory right next to the rest rooms EXCELLANT, BRILLIANT, CONVENIENT!! Little kids=restroom trips! Oh but wait ... Not if you have a toddler! There are no baby changing stations in the front restrooms . I was send deep inside the cinema to find one of two of the co-restrooms which had a changing station, SUPER DIRTY !!!! When I opened that door I immediately regretted going there at all! I would of been better off having my baby stand while I changed his diaper. If I could get my money back I would ! This is pure filth and for the price you pay with the service charge they should really be ashamed . Never will I ever spend 1 cent there . Save your money . You are better off driving to Alhambra or better yet the highland park theaters are a ten compared to...
