🌟 Recognizing Rima as an Exceptional Massage Therapist 🌟
Today, I want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on someone truly remarkable. Today I was dealing with excruciating lower back and shoulder pain. Acupuncture didn't provide the relief I needed, and I was on the verge of considering a trip to the ER. I decided to give it one last try and booked a last-minute massage.
Now, let me tell you, I've experienced massages from all around the world, and I've encountered some truly exceptional ones. However, tonight's session with Massage Therapist Rima was nothing short of extraordinary.
Rima brought a level of skill, intuition, and compassion to her work that I've rarely seen. She seemed completely attuned to my body and its needs. Her touch was just right—applying the perfect amount of pressure, using various techniques like pushing, rocking, squeezing, rubbing, and holding positions until the pain simply melted away. It was as if she had an innate understanding of exactly where I was hurting, and her healing hands worked their magic.
At one point during the session, Rima relieved the tension in my hip so effectively that I found myself in tears, not from pain, but from the profound relief and gratitude I felt. After the session, I couldn't thank her enough, and her response touched my heart. She said, "I just didn't want you to leave in pain." That, my friends, is the mark of a true healer.
Rima is not just a massage therapist; she is a compassionate, gifted artist in the realm of massage therapy. Her talent deserves recognition, and that's why I've shared her business card with every woman I know.
But here's the kicker: I was shocked and disappointed when I couldn't find her picture and name on the website under "OUR TEAM." Rima, you are more than deserving of a place in the spotlight. Your exceptional talent and dedication to healing should be celebrated.
Let's show Rima some love and appreciation for the incredible work she does. If you've had the privilege of experiencing her massage therapy, please share your thoughts below. And if you haven't yet, do yourself a favor and book a session with this extraordinary therapist. Trust me; you won't regret it! 💆♀️🙌 #ExceptionalMassage #HealingHands...
Read moreI went to Neroli for many years, but began running into some major issues with them about a year or two ago. They were charging inaccurately, canceling services for important events the day of an appointment, not even offering any resolution, and not awarding me reward points for the services I received. In fact, I never knew about the reward system until an employee told me about it when I was checking out one time, asking if I had any I wanted to apply to my bill. When I looked in my online account, I noticed most my services were never recorded.
I contacted management on several occasions, trying to figure out why I wasn't being awarded points for my services as well as express my concern with having multiple appointments cancelled on the day they were scheduled for, for not only myself, but my daughters, including their cancelation on the day of their prom!! Not once did anyone contact me back. Nobody apologized for their ongoing staffing issues which affected us personally, nor offered some sort of resolution for all the points we were missing.
I am truly not a complainer. I understand how people get sick and have to call into work sometimes, therefore affecting their clients. But when it's a habitual problem, then I feel the need to speak up not only for myself, but others who were also experiencing issues.
When I never heard back from them, I said I'd never give them my money again. For almost a year I stood by this promise, but there's one worker there, Eve, who i simply couldn't replace, so I still go there, but only to see her. Eve is my absolute favorite! I tried going to a different esthetician, but nobody compares to her work and beautiful heart and soul. Not only does she do a fabulous job on my face, but she makes me feel important and valued, as a person. She even went above and beyond, trying to resolve these issues for me. Unfortunately, to no avail.
The only reason I'm giving two stars and not 1, is because their prices are reasonable, given their location, and I've loved all the stylists and other beauty professionals I've worked with there. Now, if only they could straighten up the "behind the...
Read moreI rarely leave reviews but since it this appointment was for my wedding I am going to. I had a HORRIBLE experience. My mother in law booked us a French tip and pedi massage appointment. As soon as we walked into the door and the nail ladies came to get us they were confused because they messed up our booking. Instead of keeping it to themselves about the appointment needing to be rushed, they rushed us throughout the whole experience from picking out our nail color to forgetting to clean under my nail bed! It was a horrible experience. I rarely get my nails done and we decided to do gel. Not once was I told about the process or that my hands could react to the UV light if I had sensitive skin. I am a redhead and so this whole process was new to me. My hands reacted so poorly and swelled up. Not only that, Melissa did a horrible job on my nails and left the cuticle bed intact. They just were rushing us the whole time and didn’t care about the quality of work. They knew I was getting married and these were my nails— I am just beyond disappointment. When we were checking out they tried to charge us for the appointment we never got so that was a huge disappointment. Luckily we were able to get some discount— but for a total of $189 and the “quality” of service we got... I can assure you I will NEVER go to another aveda for any spa service of any kind. I like their hair products and the smell— but stay away from their...
