Stretch Zone — Local services in Glendale

If I could give zero Stars I would. Over the last month the stretch Zone has gone through many employees. And now the reason is becoming quite clear. I was told that I could cancel at any time if it wasn't close to the end of the month. On July 2nd I called to cancel moving forward. I was told that everything was canceled. However, I was actually charged for the month of August. No one from the business returned any of my calls I had to leave multiple voicemails eventually showing up in person was the only way to speak to somebody. I am not being issued a refund apparently because I needed to cancel online and not over the phone. This was not explain to me when I signed up.
