This area has come a very very long way since I was a young adult. In 2004 it was nearly non existent but by 2006 it primarily is what it is today structurally. It kind of feels like the trails west of the highway have been redeveloped and improved and of course the eddy tap room and Basecamp are just off the trail just shy of the underpass. There is a sign stating that there is a strictly enforced no alcohol policy and we only saw one group with beers towards sunset.
This would be a great activity for any group from college friends to a family. Everyone was being safe and respectful...
