I ordered a utensil holder online to ship to my local store. I got an email A MONTH later that it had just shipped. I called the store a few weeks later to check & see if it had arrived & they gave me the excuse that I had ordered during holiday season so it takes "a little longer" & instructed me to wait for the confirmation email that it had been delivered to store. Another month goes by without email & I finally get on the customer service online chat who reveals to me that my order had been damaged in transit. Was the store ever going to let me know? She asks if I wanted a replacement or refund- I choose replacement. I did not get a confirmation email that it had shipped or delivered. 3 weeks go by & I decide to go into the store to check on it. As I'm waiting on the cashier to check the back for it, I find my original order confirmation email & use the original order number to see if it could give me some insight on where my order is & it says "returned for refund". At that point I wonder why I had waited almost 3 months for a utensil holder. Still waiting, I texted my husband to check our accounts to see if we had been refunded for my purchase & our statements showed nothing. Low & behold, the cashier comes out with my order. Again, was anyone going to notify me that my order was in the store? This was an incredible hassle & due to it, this will probably be my first & last purchase from Kirklands. (Also the smell you get hit with right when you walk in is so overpowering. It's hard to stay in there to shop without feeling...

Do you really make that much money from the scent packs? Or are you secretly spraying the room with scent? Just end it, please! I usually look but don't buy often, because anything that is purchased from the store comes home with that strong popeuri scent. If you buy a fabric item like a blanket or pillow, it's impossible to get out. If I buy items in store I take them home and leave them in our AZ sun for 2 days to try and get rid of the smell. Sometimes I walk through the store and take pictures of items I think I want. Then I go online and buy so it doesn't contain the smell. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had my 1st Kirklandās experience today- I wasnāt familiar with the stores but they came up in a google search for Christmas wine glasses and I found exactly what I was looking for. I did an online store pick up order. Walking into the store, I was overwhelmed with the most comforting Christmas feeling. It felt like a hallmark movie Christmas store. It smelled amazing (thanks to their delicious sachets that their associate showed me!). The women working there were so lovely and kind. A special thank you to Miss Leslie (#1107049) who was incredibly sweet, helpful, kind, and efficient! She was so wonderful that she is a huge reason I canāt wait to come back to shop here....
