Troy Vinson Jewelers — Attraction in Granbury

First off I want to apologize for being late in posting this review should have posted sooner. Moving forward I was not impressed with the service or the quality of the ring that was made service took to long I furnished all of the gold and most of the stones [All but two of the stones were furnished]. Took to the store in or around of 12/15/2020 told to it in about the end of 01/30 2021] did not get to pick it till middle of March that year. And only then after several phone calls were made after agreed date of 1/30/2022 it was a custom ring made for me for 45 years of service. The first time I came to Texas, I visited Troy Vinson’s Jewelers in Granbury to have batteries replaced in watches & a ring sized. They were so nice, prompt, & affordable that I came back & bought my husband’s wedding ring later. Being on a budget, they helped us find what we wanted for an affordable price. Later, we found my husband’s 1950 baby bracelet & took to them to have a necklace made from it. It took some doing, trying to find the right size gold beads, chain,etc. They persevered until they found what they needed & created exactly what I had asked for. I went to Troy Vinson Jewelers looking for a milestone watch for my husband and asked to have a small pin attached to the leather band permanently to mark the occasion. The service was fantastic, kind and professional and timely! I can’t thank Karen enough for her help in learning about my options and for Monica who communicated my wishes to the jeweler and ensured it could be done. And of course purse to the jeweler! I would also like to say that the watch was priced in line with other jewelers in DFW and I felt good about giving my business to a local store. Will be back for future needs...
