North Shore Marina Inc — Attraction in Grand Haven

First off, “hats off to Jim Brewer and Jill for running a top flight organization!” The attention to detail and availability if such a wide variety of contract services is as impressive as it is useful. My only observation is that there can be a little bit of over extension, which results in pushing some items from one year to the next … this is for those if us with long “to do” lists. I’m guessing that the ever present staffing challenges are a bit to blame. That said, in the arena of winter work. List are worked with diligence and immediacy, estimates are provided and budgets are met. This far exceeds most other marinas.

I’ve noted a concern that NS is on the wrong side of Grand Haven making travel to the town a chore. This is true. That said, service at North Shore more than makes up for the inconvenience.

What an awesome, professional operation. Everyone at the marina is very friendly and willing to work with you. Brian my boat selling agent worked hard to get me the buy. Jill, the manager is always on top of everything is really easy to work with. Jim, the service manager is very knowledgeable and makes sure that all his tech's do the job correctly. I had many services performed on the boat after I bought it from one of their existing customers. Jim went way beyond my expectation and made sure that the repairs, storage and shipping was all done professionally. If I were to stay in this area North Shore Marina would be my only choice. Thank you to the whole crew that made my experience at your facility...

Can't say enough positive things about these guys. I have an older boat -and nothing out of the ordinary - and they gave me great service, care and consideration. They attended to repairs in a quick and efficient manner and at a price that I was comfortable with. Very accommodating as far as making arrangements for dropping off, picking up and paying for service. Would definitely be using their services in the future and I can recommend them...
